What prevented Mama Monster Adelson's lawyer from traveling to see her client? Oh, she didn't want to give up a day to travel because she represents the elite class in Miami??

  • @kimtanguay6901

Gotta hurry to trial so she doesn't forget what she wants to say.

  • @denveyebanks4787

Of course. This is the kind of hyperbolic statements a sleazy lawyer and Libtards use.

  • @Miadolph427

    I cannot follow this guy.

  • @michellestlicitra9105

Who gives a damn what she feels or wants!!!

  • @michellestlicitra9105

May all forms of “Mistreatment” be dealt to Donna Demon👿Adelson!

  • @robertafierro5592

Tell her to Breathe..it'll all.go away!

  • @sarahglenn298

The case that the judge cited made me laugh.

  • @chrislabrec

I have a theory that the suicide talk was code words for if their fleeing didn’t work that she would make a plea deal and try to say it was her plan and Charlie didn’t know the murder was going to happen and Wendi had nothing to do with it. So she is going to fall on her sword (“suicide”) and make a deal to try to save the kids.

  • @deboraheiffe1343

Wonder how she will respond to the questions about the emails she sent Wendi? Will she say “oh my god?”

  • @alidadebruyn36

Her lawyer did not mention anything about out how she was being treated other than not having access to her client. They just need to realise they going to pay for their crime…… finally

  • @helenazalom4301

At this early stage how much contact with a client is needed. I think the contact they want is for OTHER things. Like messages back and forth, and business details, etc. Her lawyer seems scared of her client and is not the type that’s going to gain her any points in that jail or court. Especially now.

  • @helenazalom4301

“Tortured” to Donna. Meaning treated like anyone else that commits a murder and then tries to flee and threatens suicide. Sorry, not sorry. You’re reaping what you’ve seen.

  • @TopgunB

Lets be fair here. No matter what you think of Donna and what she allegedly did, this observation thing sounds like psychological torture to me? Naked under a special gown, allowed absolutely nothing at all not even paper and only out of your cell an hour a day and a shower once every 3 days! What about the toilet situation not mentioned! Everyone thinks she is guilty but this same thing could theoretically happen to someone who is actually innocent! You for example?

  • @timestamp.

Nobody has told Donna about her missed place anger she has had her whole life. Not to communicate with one of your children, because of who they married is a sign of a sick person full of muck.

  • @tammybrook8052

    Thanks for a Great Report!!

  • @beckyhiggins3144

Thank you ML for your uniquely qualified and helpful take on the hearing. I found it really helpful. I worked in mental health for 30 years and I will say that Donna’s behavior in court does not speak to her being stable. She looks healthy but without baseline information- I would say she might also be agitated, aggressive and impulsive. She is surely annoying. But is she a risk to herself? She needs to show herself to be calmer and more in charge of her behavior before she gets the ok to be off suicide watch. Or she might just be a b****!

  • @moonchildpink5525

Thank you Mentour Lawyer for the coverage of Donna's Arrraignment & Motion. I appreciate your commentary too! I find it very interesting that Donna hasn't figured out her time at the Leon County jail would go much smoother if she was not so defiant & making the ppl at the jail put up with her attiftude instead of trying to win over some of the jail emplyee's by being a model defendant. Her attitude that has worked for Donna is the past; there r no "yes" ppl around & no one is coming to rescue her. Donna's actions in Court showed that she is not willing to accept responsibility for her own choices & decisions & instead tries to indicate 6 high powered ppl at the jail r "lying"! 😅😅 Her attorney's past & / or present would b the 1st to sue if Donna did something on the jail's watch! Take it easy! 😊

  • @clarissah8999

Excellent job @DDTC. You’ve been “on the case” since way back when no one covered it. I appreciate all your hard work over the years and now you have a great addition the lovely lady bug 🐞. I admire your respect and interest in true justice, your empathy for victims and their families. Love the way you run your channels. Looking forward to what you’ll be doing with this case & others. Thank you very much . My question is how can Charlie’s Attorney ethically be involved with Donna’s case if he still represents Charlie? Isn’t this a conflict of interest???
ps: I am suspicious as to why Donna would want to be in Gen. Pop. It’s dangerous for a woman like Donna. Wouldn’t this give her the opportunity to obtain drugs and take her life? I don’t believe Donna is being punished or being treated with Cruel & unusual punishment at all. Marisol’s motion was horrible! Waste of The Court’s time. She had no supporting documents, or evidence. Donna’s Attorney doesn’t appear experienced enough to handle a violent first degree Murder case. She embarrassed herself. I expect an Arthur hearing will be next. Donna, like the rest of the family NEVER thought they would end up in this situation. They thought they got away with this horrible murder. Her lawyer did not go about it the right way, I do not believe she has the experience. Her nasty attitude isn’t going to help her client.

  • @BlackCat-nv5sf

Real classy lady. No decorum and used her body language throughout to say what she wanted in regards to main points. I was hoping the judge would advise her to sit peacefully. It was good he told her early to not speak. Her behaviour was very rude not only to the court but it’s very disrespectful to her own lawyer. In regards to her lawyer I think yet again she has performed very poorly, actually felt embarrassed for her. Thanks for your review of today ML.

  • @privateyeposse

It could also have to do with the fact that Charlie will be sentenced tomorrow, and they want to observe her after he is sentenced to life without parole

  • @privateyeposse

IMO the MOST IMPORTANT REASON Donna's attorney is irritated which is that she is LAZY and wants to be able to talk to and handle all things with Donna by Zoom or phone calls. She is able to see her in person in 60 minute increments anytime she chooses and has been able to. What I see here is the fact that she is being paid an astronomical amount of money to defend Donna and should have gotten her butt up to Tallahassee weeks ago to see Donna in person rather than sitting in her South Miami high rise office and trying to bully the jail staff from there. She didn't do her homework and desperately needs help with local counsel in Tallahassee. Woooowwwwww

  • @tiahbawa5771

I see. I get it now. So, Donna's plan was to defend the family's honor from Vietnam!! Poor thing!

  • @tiahbawa5771

Torture? Do we understand the word? Poor Dan is not here to tell us how he felt when he saw those two bullets coming towards his face and head.

  • @Oliveoil608

Christ you sound like Tim Jansen. Unsubscribe!

  • @katieshort8162

Ladybug, pls turn on spellcheck for the channel. My thumbs fail the test (and judging from comments, I am not alone.) Halp! 😉

  • @katieshort8162

???? ML, what possible motive could Wendy have for not showing up for this? What is the downside?

  • @jennyray1476

ML QQQ So Charlie can still communicate with his mommy through Rashbaum basically, how is this legal if they're co conspirators and not allowed to communicate???

  • @jeannielson7356

great podcast! So informative!! Donna acted arrogant and angry,

  • @user-bg4lr6wm8i

A lot of these jails are an absolute disgrace. God help you if you have any sort of medical condition, let alone a serious one.

  • @jarcher6586

Yeah it is no doubt torture for her, no manicure, pedicure, or designer clothes.

  • @lindadobberstein2035

Loved your take on todays hearing! Very easy to understand and very informative!

  • @mariemoller9901

Florida???I thought it was in Tennesee…

  • @MomentsInTrading

You should re-play the hearing tonight

  • @DJNAZZZZTY

Lot of worry about Donna here. I think we should be more focused on Professor Dan Markel and his family, imo…..
