After the cockamamie extortion argument Charlie and Dan asserted, I wonder if they made some other plan for the benefit of both Charlie and Donna , without telling Donna. I think Charlie would do anything to get out someday, and to protect Donna from getting life… I guess they’d have to give up Wendi and Harvey’s role but I don’t think protecting Wendi is much of a priority any more after she threw Charlie under the bus in her interview, drove by the crime scene, and dropped off from communication after Charlie‘s conviction…

No way no how Donna will never plea or flip. . To do so will tell her ‘ sunshine’s’ Gramma had your father murdered.

Rash is going to be a witness. I hope the state go full throttle on this, but imho, the state won’t go that far! It would be settling underhand affairs, but not even the state would go that far. I’m hoping for the former. New witness in lieu__or not?! 🧐

  • @maureenwalsh4305

Alex still on the case will cause huge issues when it comes to any appellant call appeal. He is already tainted. There is nowhere in hell that he didn’t know all the shenanigans we hope before him for nine months on the case. He should dismiss himself as well as Rash. Both attorneys are tainted and will result in a retrial trial, unless both resign from their client😊

  • @maureenwalsh4305

Set up. They knew what they were doing. End of__

  • @juanacastillo7154

another good thing that happened is that donna cant no longer protect wendi from Charlie 👍

  • @juanacastillo7154

rashy planned it all , get the money and ran 💰fortunately the players had been waken up. surviving mode for charlie and donna.
the first one to bring wendi in will do less time.charlie 💯 imo

  • @juanacastillo7154

imo donna will not take the blame, we can not forget these people are killers.

  • @juanacastillo7154

    thank you ML . 👍❤️

  • @silviaemenendez746

Are you related to Alfred Molina?? 😊

  • @CuriousGirl2

Since this happened…I began to sense (and especially after Morris presser post trial continuance) that a plea 'was in the air'. That Charlie is not in transit yet, may (or may not be) telling- of something.

  • @JENN7238

Thanks ML! I've been watching your channel since Katie/Sigfredo trial with Judge Hankinson. Great coverage.

  • @helenstewart4050

I was with yourdoppelgänger my grandson lol all day and yes ML thankyou your thoughts always appreciated ✌🏻

  • @CuriousGirl2

A global plea hmmm very very interesting

  • @G-Lander388

QQQ Didn’t the Ufferman associate specifically say to the judge it was their understanding that Charlie had never waived his rights. I heard her say this. Thoughts?

  • @cheserasera366

ML do you think mention of that phone that Raushbaum has is a scam they have in their pocket. Why is this being talked about at this time. I know you talked about this on another show?

  • @laurarush

Jack Campbell did a good presser I thought

  • @claymac7895

Wendi is the only bargaining chip Donna/Charlie have. But I honestly don't know that the state feels they need them to get Wendi.

  • @claymac7895

Alex Morris is tainted. If he stays on the case there will be a huge appellate door open for Donna post conviction.

  • @wilwhite8557

😂you did say everything was going to be alright and the trial would go on😂😂

  • @uraigroves7898

If Charlie gave up mom, dad and Wendi could he get his sentence reduced to ten years? Id take that deal. He'd only be 57. And I doubt he cares about Wendi at this point. And mom and dad are old anyway and they were gonna leave him to rot while they flew off to a nice house in nam. Why not? And I think it would be worth it to get those three in prison e en if Charlie gets out in ten. I mean they did rope him into wendis problems….

  • @jacksonripholmes3236

Donna cried for good reason that she lost Dan Rashbaum.

She will lose her remaining dwindled fortune trying to convince any high quality lawyer to fight for her.

After 6 to 9 months , she may realize the granchildren will have a better life with NON WENDI adoptive parents, and turn on Wendi.

WHAT IS YOUR, THE READER'S, PSYCHOLOICAL TAKE ON THIS Q ???

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR DONNA TO DECIDE TO RAT WENDI OUT ???

  • @anne.enrique

I'm so sad i missed but work calls. Ty for an amazing Live 🎉

  • @staciesmom9639

I was so hoping the trial would be done in 2 weeks. Donna would be headed to prison and Wendi would be arrested.

  • @Krystyna--

Hi ML, from your conversations with jurors on past trials: do you believe jurors would have convicted Wendi if she was tried together with Garcia/Katie?

  • @jacksonripholmes3236

Sigfredo Garcia's legal suicidal mindset looks like a genetic flaw.

Donna's continuing to believe she can get away with this is a mystery, but I would bet such idiocy by Donna will end within 1 1/2 years.

  • @ldolan4051

Disasster is no surprise. Law scales behind you seem to be most accurate these daze, sadly. That assassine waiver law with the 'i changed my mind" bs akins law to swiss cheese
36:00 what if it was a plan?

  • @billfolino5952

🙏 ? 12 years If Donna gives Wendi’s True Involvement?

  • @staciesmom9639

Hopefully now that there are new lawyers and Rashbaum is gone, maybe the Adelsons will be given a realistic picture of the truth and they will be told the double extortion lie was absurd. Rashie led Charlie to believe he would be acquitted, no doubt. I'm sure he told Donna the same thing.

  • @jacksonripholmes3236

I think Charlie finally realizes his only certain hope for a Sentence reduction is to implicate Wendi.

Donna might possibly be willing to agree.

I can imagine their attorneys talking with each other about this, then outlining what you just outlined, to Charlie and Donna.

I see Charlie as likely to agree.

Unfortunately, at this point, I see Donna as unlikely to agree, although that could change in 6 to 12 months.
