I think Scott Radius is the person who Donna called about Vietnam. Charlies friend

So this video was before the judge threw out the case.

There was no reason for him to even pull out the gun and shoot.
There were not supposed to be real bullets on the set at all.

Before giving your views on the Alex Baldwin trial, you may wish to watch the whole trial first, which should clarify some of the misconceptions you have.

Thanks for the update, ML 💟

If it’s discovered the Adelson’s funded any part of Katie M.’s Attorney fees for her defense and charge of the Dan Markel murder it can’t be explained away.
As far as the Alec Baldwin case it can now be said our system worked how it should have.
A lot of unnecessary stress to him and his family.
Thankfully Alec could afford the high cost for his excellent attorneys but many can’t and the less fortunate may have easily been sent to prison on this bogus attempt at prosecuting Alec.
Looking forward to Donna trial and your excellent coverage of the case.
    Thanks

    Thanks and hello James.

There were crew members on set, hired to manage the firearms. But there were no PROFESSIONALS who understood and took there job seriously. A young nepo baby drug addicted partier type, coming down from a cocaine high. Should not be hired to oversee firearms.

  • @Riding-Shotgun

Thanks ML! Good summary on AB.

    Looking good Mentor Lawyer! 😎

  • @F_Tim1961

Mentour James– The alleged story behind Scott Radius is that he phoned into LE that Donna as intending to fly out to the Far east. I always thought that the description of the person who did this sounded a lot like our friend Ryan Fitzy.

    2. It's quite queer that T Kawass is fronting up for some questions, but no sign on the list o deCoste. He may have been on the earlier list of witnesses, which nobody seems to have a copy of.

    3. The M-11 which is referred to in a note which was tendered in writing may be an Ingram M-11 submachine gun which shoots 9mm Kurz ammuntion in full auto mode. I'd say it was one of Chucky's delusional toys (eg. if the friends of Riv and Garcia came after him for more money in his own universe, he'd wave it around). However in Nz and Oz for example, if you are found with a full auto firearm on your property and there is a reasonable assertion that you knew it was there (even if you did not in fact pay for it) you are treated as the owner and charged accordingly.

So if Harv was part owner of the property where it was stored there are potential firearms charges in the mix. Perhaps that M-11 was one of the many firearms found at Whale Hbr drive and it's impossible to prove Donna and Harv had any control and possession of it. There is a 9mm pistol which is made by Sig or was made called the M11 without the hyphen so there's some ambiguity there.

Thanks ML!! A fantastic NEW cast of characters and some oldies but goodies!! Nice to see Kawass on the stand.

  • @seannichols6264

I'll bet that clown would have checked the gun if he was going to shoot him self in the scene, that's what they make dummy guns for people who don't have the common sense to operate one properly.

  • @Lei3195i

ML I agree it is reckless to have the props setup like that at the rust set. What you describe is indeed not unlike russian roulette. I haven't been following much, because I don't want to hear the politics. I followed early on, but not more recently and probably won’t watch the trial. That’s why I like getting your impression.
The victim can not be brought back to life. But this is a strong case for making an example and the importance of the deterrence piece of the justice system.
Whether AB is responsible is for me largely dependent on what role he had in how and why the set was like that. Because said politics dominates a lot of the commentary, not only with regard to AB’s previous activities and statements himself, then not to mention that any issue around G rights tends to attract the real loons for crikeys. I don’t know how factual it is about his level of responsibility. If he was part of making the decision to have the set in that location in order to cut corners, that suggests he may have some responsibility.
You seem to be saying something similar about the responsibility. It’s probably not much on the actor, but it may be on the producers and whatever higher ups have made those decisions,, and if he is both, well that's an important point. And if not AB, than who else would it be. Defense should tell us.
I don’t know if the ire against AB is coming only from his ‘haters’ or if there is something more to it.
I expect the jury should find this point as a significant focus of the arguments, witnesses and evidence produced during the trial.
I often see both AB’s apparent haters and apparent supporters either condemning or excusing him respectively. I don’t consider myself either. You have demonstrated yourself to be open minded, even about people who carry baggage. So I’m interested to hear your pov.

  • @aalegalfocus

Thank you, ML, for these updates!

  • @jamie.777

I personally can't stand the MAGA PPL Commenting on this case. They're so stuck on Maga and hating trump enemies, that there basically supporting a kangaroo to GET alex. Gimme a break!! Hannah was paid to make sure NO LIVE rounds were on set, he was just handed a Clean gun by the person in charge of ammunition. Alex is innocent

  • @jamie.777

The stoned out "armorer" was convicted and is in prison now. She was paid to check live rounds, she had the waste of time covid protocol as well, so she had to be even more diligent, but no! Hannah was sniffing cocaine and focused on Instagram selfie 🤳 instead. Lots actors are lying, most honest actors admit that they would NOT check a fresh gun just handed to you by your paid armorer. I am sick of these m a g a nut jobs saying alex needs life in prison. Gimme a break, he is innocent. He trusted a stoned out, rookie, young female to be in charge of a small arsenal, Bad "woke" hire!! Very bad!! Your woke hire deleted a human . Now the coke head Hannah is getting ready to monetize her b.s. victimhood, she will sadly make lots of money 💰 after her jail time.

  • @anovemberstar

I'm fascinated they're allowed to call attorneys as witnesses? – because surely they're very limited to what they can say due to client-attorney privilege?

  • @lisacreuzer

Thanks James! Have a good weekend!

  • @junesmith6689

    🙏🏼ML
    Enjoy youre tennis

  • @TentinQuarantino_

Hi ML! Good to see you. I’m actually considering flying out to attend Donna’s trial, or at least part. It starts the week of my birthday, all my friends think I’m a weirdo for planning a vacation around a murder trial.

  • @lucanolallo1776

Why are live rounds anywhere? No other profession allows guns at the workplace.

  • @marshaives1702

👍 ML, thank you for Donna’s update.

  • @ChrisP3000x

So according to you, if one claims to be "acting", one can shoot someone, and blame it on someone/something else. No slippery slope there at all.
Anyone with a weapon is responsible for what happens.

  • @jojoesgee8695

    Will Charlie testify via zoom?

  • @ColletteAileen

It's crazy to me that an actor is being prosecuted for this. Seems political

  • @marycronin6535

Thank you ML….very much appreciate your dedication❤
