I think that an old drunk would have been trying to operate the phone and accidentally started the filming since Dylan probably had it set to record with just a touch and a drunk stumbled over and accidentally started the filming.

He did confess.
He made a deal with them regarding what he'll be charged with and the amount of time if he was to tell them where his remains are.
It was Brenner who showed them where Dylan was buried.

Thank you for the updates regarding this (sad) case. I pray his family gets the answers regarding their sons disappearance. Shame on their local PD for not investigating this case thourougly from the beginning! I pray God exposes the truth and gives his parents and other family & friends comfort in justice being served for Dylan.

Dylan was found yesterday 09.04.2024 …<3 its so frustrating that the criminal INjustice system keep letting these violent monsters out over and over to commit horrific crimes but its because is too expensive for the US government to have these demons in Prison , prisons are over crowded so they keep letting them out .-(

Well if its an I-Phone, you would have to push the round button @ the bottom or pull it up to your face & if you do that some of the phones turn on (it’s a setting), so then you would have to push in your code, & then you push the camera, & then @ the bottom you’d have to slide (with your finger you can slide it to 6-7 different settings) it over to slow -mode, so with all that being said there’s no way you can butt dial to get to the camera! I thing Dylan set it up when he saw Dirtbag coming over and knew there was going to be a problem! And Then Dirtbag James grabbed it @ some point, and either saw it videotaping & couldn’t figure out how to turn it off or he just threw it in that pond! Poor Dylan had his whole life in front of him and Fat Boy James just took that away from him & his parents!
I really wish there was some kind of punishment were the parents could Torture the Guilty party!!!
RIP Dylan & for the parents who never gave up for there son! God Bless to the family and hopefully they can find him!!!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The police need to be charged with impeding the investigation and falsifying documentation on purpose so that it would cause the case to be thrown out. Must be nice to be on two payrolls.

The police were either complete idiots to begin with or they already knew what was going on at the farm and kept quiet to protect someone or some organization by dragging there feet and bumbling the investigation on purpose. Seems like most officers are easily turned puppets when you toss money at them.

FBI and other agencys have been more help then Box Elder. They wont prosecute James till they find his body
And James keeps firing his attorneys and its a major job to get him to court. They have to clear everything with the feds

Thank God you have East Idaho News looking into this. They are really terrific. I watched as they covered the Todd and Lorry DaBell case. If this guy was a ranch hand he was used to lifting heavy loads.
