I was in an abusive relationship for 2 years and it took me months to admit it to my closest family and friends. I luckily got out before something like this happened

  • @socaldeb

In my opinion, with ALL of the evidence that should have been ruled as an obvious homicide the FIRST time, the current evidence as documented, i.e., the bar with which the unscrupulous used to make their ridiculous ruling of "S", was was set therefore, because no additional evidence could be shown, all of the obvious evidence was all out there in the first place, no additional evidence can be brought to light allowing the unscrupulous to simply say, "you have no new evidence, our [foul] ruling stands. Dirty strategy. All those who care can continue to do, is continue to work with much higher authorities until someone sees the light of everything that has transpired here. From the crime itself, the likely perp, to conflict of interests, and the ridiculous ruling. 🙄…infuriating.

Didn't the building they live in have camara's? If so then why don't they check to see about the door kick, I mean if there is a concierge there's got to be camara's

  • @ckyle4423

What kind of lock was on the door? Was it just a regular deadbolt or the kind like hotels have that can only be unlatched from inside the room when the door is closed?

  • @cajunlass1629

No way this was a suicide. Not with all the knife wounds to her head and that deep in her heart. Unless you are hyped up on some serious and i mean serious hallucinating drugs times a 1000 than maybe where you arent feeling the pain.

  • @23clockwood

The 911 call itself is so telling. Him saying “she stabbed herself” and then something about falling on a knife? Whose first thought would that be when seeing all this. He was trying to set up the case for suicide. Her poor family

  • @23clockwood

This case has driven me crazy since it first happened. That poor girl was murdered. Her parents fight is very honorable and it should be obvious to anyone that she didn’t kill herself.

  • @Sarah_Parks

Welcome to democrat city corruption. You get what you vote for

  • @moonflower9403

This is so crazy to me, no way was this suicide! I hope justice comes soon

I don't want to come off as rude or anything, but honestly as a Christian, I have gone to Jewish and Islamic sites for advice and their opinions of things. I truly believe we all believe in the same God and just believe a little differently, so I can see how a Jewish woman would do this. One of my favorite streamers is Jewish and he has openly admitted he loves learning about new religions too and so I wouldn't doubt him going to all these different religious sites to see how they view things vs how his religion does.
I understand how in this case it comes across as odd, but in an overall opinion I don't have it too odd.

What I do find incredibly odd is how the fiancé went to a gym and spent less than an hour working out. Like assuming that means there's a lot of even three different gym equipment pieces there, less than an hour even without stretching??? Nah, maybe, but unlikely.

  • @tmc115

I think it’s called transference. When you’re experiencing a lot of negative emotion and mental strain from something but you for whatever reason you cannot put the responsibility on what is causing it then you use transference to take those negative emotions and that strain and put it on something else so in this case it would be her fiancĂ© is abusing her but she can’t face that so she’s made these excuses but it has something to do with work. All the negative feelings are directed at work so she can save all the positive feelings for her fiancĂ©

  • @tmc115

Siri I want to know who wrote that note about the Nuro pathologist saying that there was no damage. I think we’re assuming it’s Dr. Osborne but I think Dr. Osborne would know how to spell her name. So I think that needs to be looked into because somebody obviously wrote some thing that was not true. There’s a cover-up

  • @tmc115

Her ghost to just loading around in frustration screaming come on you guys so obvious! Seriously?!

  • @lilmrnstr

54:15 Maybe those texts were written before she was dead? So, what if she did lock him out. Accidentally or on purpose. Maybe they were already fighting and she locked him out. He tries to get in, then texts her all those messages. Then he started busting the door in so she opens it to try too calm him down. Then he attacks her while she is trying to make food. Then he goes down to the lobby for an alibi. Then he pretends to break down the door and calls 911.
Maybe? I mean it's possible. Didn't neighbors hear him? Maybe they heard the attack not him trying to bust in the door. đŸ€·

  • @lilmrnstr

38:18 wow! Kimberly does NOT look anywhere old enough to have a daughter in their 20's!! I would have guessed early to mid 30's max! She looks great! đŸ˜źâ€đŸ˜Š

  • @Thisshizisbananas85

The “she stabbed herself”..what? lol. That never once would’ve been my first thought. Or even 10th. Not a chance.

  • @keriissovery9566

This case is beyond frustrating. It couldn’t be any more obvious that she was murdered. How could they just ignore all of the evidence? There is no way anyone would kill themselves in this manner.

  • @lesliechrisman7984

Theoreticaly could the police been paid off to keep this quite

  • @MA-uc8pi

He did this and it was covered up by his Uncle and his crones ….no way did she kill herself.

  • @catherinelennox-cx2uf

Saddest murder I’ve heard of 😱

  • @Rainbowofthefallen

Just commenting for the algorithm 🧡💛

  • @Lila-wv1ei

This one was so hard to get through. I’m signing the petition! My heart breaks for the family and Ellen. The whole time I thought there is no way she did this to her self! I wish she would have told just one person on who was hurting her. What a piece of shit finance and the people protecting him!

  • @Lighthouse4297

Let's just say what we are all thinking. Sam murdered her. This woman did NOT KILL HERSELF! I think the door lock broke during one of his beatings towards her, and she was trying to get out of the house away from him. That's how it was broken

  • @ramonagreen7197

Wouldn't the true time and date of the sesrches be accessible to law enforcement? I personally believe Sam set up those sesrches before he lsunched his attack 😱knowing that at some point, they'd come to light and it would help him set the scene for Ellen's "suicide" đŸ€”

  • @kristinadube7032

The door hinge being partialy busted could have been done internally. Not just screwed off but maybe the individual responsible whacked it with something until the damage was done enough to fit the narritive. Her wounds should have hypothetically shown coagulation stages leading to a potential time frame for each. The alleged lack of hemorrhaging on some would signify injury after death as mentioned. There's just no friggen way a case like this wouldn't be expected to be investigated as a likely homicide. I honestly cannot fathom how the justice system has failed so heavily here. It's a true slap in the face to women everywhere. Also, as you said, to people who struggle with regular mental health stress such as anxiety or depression. If she had truly looked up painless suicides, why would she choose to commit the most physically difficult and painful processes to execute her wish for death. Why not throw herself off the back deck? Why not overdose on the meds she was perscribed? And why would she not leave notes of endearment for her family that she showed so much love and compassion for? No sense at all. Such a severe case of injustice.

  • @sherriethornhill398

As a CPT (certified personal trainer) and a CES (Corrective exercise specialist) who trains everyday, I tried the motions as well and it even hurts me. There is no way she did that to herself, those are motions that are not natural to one's body (in the context of doing that to one's self) . It is not a proper nor correct range of motion to the human body. This boggles my mind personally and professionally.

  • @jeanettedilts8164

Im sorry , but there is " NO WAY " she committed suicide!! Hes getting away with MURDER in my opinion , i guess a lot of police depts nowadays allows people to walk if they have a relative thats high up … its sad that you cant even trust police departments to find out the truth ( if we know hes guilty im sure they do too ) but chooses to let him go !! So much for upholding the law huh ? Its so sad ( my opinion )

  • @tdawnaz

  • @joannecabello3439

Late comment here but I wish there was more info from the friends, the people around the boyfriend, his behavior in his life, their relationship, what do people say about him, what is his family like, what’s his history what we’re his statements. Great job tho!

  • @claussenslacka

I suffer from anxiety and even just thinking about her taking a knife and plunging it in gave me anxiety. Esp the serrated knife. And more than one time. Oh no. I do not think about committing suicide ever because I know it will just trigger an anxiety attack. Insane. What is the latest update on this case?

  • @amymarie6809

I’ve just watched both parts of this case and feel so bad for the family. Many years ago we were told that my aunt had committed suicide. Her daughter found her. She was not depressed, was looking forward to getting new carpet installed in a few days. She was right handed and gun was found in her left hand. Police did nothing.

  • @spiffocyte5238

Just playing devil’s advocate here because I definitely think this is super sus anyways but, to me, she could have figured a painless, quick way to commit suicide would be to sever the spinal cord. She tried to use a knife and realized it wasn’t as easy as she thought. She got desperate to go under the skull cavity where it wouldn’t impact the skull because she was now feeling the other stab wounds and desperation can push you past your limits. Especially if she’s going into shock. She realized it wasn’t working, stabbed herself in the front. đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž She could have fallen after her head wounds due to the brain trauma, legs pulled up, sat herself up causing the blood smears, stabbed herself in the front while on the floor.

Again, I am not saying this isn’t a homicide but just going over all possibilities in my head.

  • @itsjustmet1743

As a nurse, DV survivor, true crimer with critical thinking skills, this is 100% murder/homocide. It is ludicrous to believe anyone could inflict a number of those injuries physically, and even more so, have the physical ability to cont to stab themselves, impossible.
This is purely disgusting abuse of power and misogyny, protecting white males from accountability. I will say it for you then, Sam killed his fiancé. This case is infuriating and reeks of malfeasance.
Her mental health appears to be an affliction directly related to the DV from the murdering fiancé.
RIP Ellen and all the love to her family.
Do not stay with abusers of any kind, but be very careful about yr exit strategy and never tell anyone where you are except one parent or someone you know will never expose yr physical location. I also think it is best to change yr name legally. Eliminate all social media and get an untraceable burner phone. The further you move the better.

  • @farcanal9238

Hi 👋, sorry for my lateness. Is this still an ongoing case? I've no idea how it could possibly be mentioned suicide😼 there was a big clue in 911 call when he described ellens race as purple.

  • @jeepsim3330

So wrong!! MIs deserves a fresh look! The 911 call, the injuries,
No Sam, no need for CPR.

  • @n8gixx6smith50

there are way too many domestic cases. i was raised by a very abusive stepdad and drug addict mom who left me alone with my stepdad at 8 or 9 yrs old. i have a really bad memory and ive been told its because i blocked out most of my childhood but i remember enough. with that said i grew up to be a loving father of two girls and a husband to a beautiful wife that i would never do anything to victimize or traumatize. i seen shit that no kid should see and i didnt grow up to be violent or a rapist or a chomo. there is no excuse in my opinion. i wish i knew what drove these men to be such monsters. i had every excuse to be a scumbag. if anything, all the shit i seen and experienced in my childhood showed me exactly what i didnt want to be. i simply cant understand hurting the people you claim to love.

  • @royalcrow1900

I'm a true crime junkie, and I have never, and I mean NEVER, gotten as outraged as I feel right now. This was homicide, full stop, period, the end. My jaw is on the f-ing floor.

  • @melissaadams8773

    Keystone cops!!! LOL 😂

  • @Mandy-nt2cs

If he didn't do it, he wouldn't have been thinking anywould would see his texts.. so he would've be thinking they would be seen as appropriate.

  • @Mandy-nt2cs

Why the head ? Why? Multiple times.. causing pain, but not death first… it's ridiculous.

  • @user-eq2kb6gt2o

I appreciate you so much for standing up for the little guy. I don’t know how you do everything with the family and all thank you for your very thorough work.❀
