ERICA IS GONNA MILK IT
@bonnieplastino4923
I SAY , THE BANKS AND OTHERS THAT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON.SHOULD PAY. EMPLOYEES INVOLVED
@munchkinm6929
I think I would respect it more if she just met with the victims without cameras. Even though I do not believe that she knew what was going on.
@ReloadedGlock
Tom Girardi will need an extra large tube of KY, where he is going.
@ismaelsantana2107
Yeah this is insane The Giarardis do not seem like good ppl But were not alone There’s a lot of soulless ppl walking around thinking karma doesn’t exist
@c.b.6187
Both the jeweler and Erica are in receipt of stolen property
@c.b.6187
The bankruptcy court is a court of equity not a court that can pursue reparations with regard to criminal activity. Only the owner of an item can sue to have it returned. The bankruptcy court cannot do it for them. Only the state or The criminal prosecution arm of the federal government can seek punishment with regard to cries. The bankruptcy court only deals with assets as they protain to the equitable statues setting forth specific procedures that the bankruptcy Courts follow
@c.b.6187
Clients can negotiate on the issue of whether costs are deducted from a gross settlement amount before or after attorney fees. I deduct them first which means the attorney fee is calculated on a smaller amount.
@dominaevillae28
It seems to me that, at minimum, that the party paying the settlement should be required to notify the plaintiff (maybe via a certified form letter) and the court within 48hrs of the deposit of funds. Withdrawals of funds from the trust account should be simultaneous; do the math first and cut three checks (or direct deposit): costs, fees, and settlement.
@briarrose29
Trust accounts are regularly audited. So I don’t understand how these attorneys got away with what they did either.
@mirgrant
hate that erica won yuck
@AlexAndra-iy5zu
Great coverage! TYSM. I watched the show back in the day. It was once an entertaining show imo. I stopped watching 6-7 years ago. Had no idea about this case.
Enjoy your non bias coverage and sticking to the facts.
@AlexAndra-iy5zu
What does a research attorney do for a judge? Other than the obvious but why is it needed? It it law case research? Thx
@AlexAndra-iy5zu
People get greedy when it comes to big big money.
Just like serial killers. Get away with a murder once they continue till caught.
Different type of satisfaction but it’s one of the same
@AlexAndra-iy5zu
I was on Peter’s live when I watched your name pop up over n over. I had to leave his live and live chat due to his subs bias opinions. I’ve been in 2 or 3 of his lives but I don’t think go back.
I appreciate Peter but his subs are…..
Glad I found you.

Hey Emily… what I would like to know is why the law firm just didn’t hire an accountant to account for every single dime and why would Erika know this stuff and she’s not an employee to begin with? The attorneys at the firm working alongside Tom do definitely know. I’m guessing an accountant wasn’t hired so they could all do and get away with all the illegal things they were doing.
@enelezed454
I hope you cover at least somewhat the trademark issues that Twitter rebranding to X will cause. Though completely understandable if yoy wait for lawsuits to start.

Been hearing you on the radio lately. You are killing it!!! Congratulations
@Youokhun
They surely should have this snitch law in place for all professions of this nature?? Medical field, police etc..
@rundogrun297
Like Erica ever gave a shit about the victims! She is and always will be about the money!
@brendaplunkett8659
Is Erika still asking for her diamond earrings? Are she cares about are those damn earrings.
@Antonia-jy3dh
I hate to say this but I think G & M’s cases may be the tip of the iceberg. If the system has such loopholes then those with little or no integrity/decency so inclined to exploit those loopholes will do so. Furthermore the legal profession is not alone as I suspect corruption is common currency to any profession or vocation where large amounts of money are involved.
@Adagiowellness
Saying you have empathy does not mean you have empathy means you know it’s what you’re supposed to say empathy is a behavior not just words 18:20
@Adagiowellness
Are we supposed to be impressed that Erica finally showed some compassion and made sure to do it on video? I think this is called public relations? Do people actually fall for this stunt? That’s all it is we know who she is because she already showed us. 4:46
@thejasonmoss
I think it was smart of her to let them go then
@Mtndreamer
Team Erica!
@pzh3334
Great summary of Tom, Emily! I miss spending my days with you, I hope we find somewhere to live again soon! My bags are ready! 😀
@jenwynn19
Loved the catchup thank you!!!
@kathydees2942
Zack peter is a good friend of Erica. If he was there this was stage.😮
@wildflowermercantile
Fun fact the producer of the rhwbh lives in the apartment above my shop and when we met I said give me allll the tea
@freddielind5282
So, if she had empathy for the victims why the hell did she say "I dont give a f*ck about no one but myself!? She is a selfish, greedy woman with no morals! This is a BS publicity stunt to try to save her a$$ from something! The earings, if she had empathy she'd have given them up without a fight from the start!
@sassysindy11
Erika Jayne is trying to make amends so that her Las Vegas residency goes well. Everything she does is calculated to how it benefits her!!
@racheld6476
I would really love to see a bit more about Ms. Brittany Dawn's settlement and what it means about the amount of money that she has to pay. Can you help me understand what kind of settlement it was? Does any of the money go to the victims?
@jamrich8147
This kind of stuff (attorney stealing funds) has been going on for years rather it’s a little bit or a grossly exorbitant amount and regardless of the amount it’s disgusting. I think that the primary tenet of an attorney/client relationship is to be a fiduciary representative for their client. Fiduciary being the key word here. I’ve been in litigation for 27+ years and almost exclusively in defense litigation.. I spent about 5 minutes working in plaintiff litigation and saw enough that I had enough disgust to last a lifetime. While it can happen on both sides, I think that deplorable part about it happening on the plaintiff’s side that these people come to these guys desperately needing assistance usually and they are compelled to put their trust in their attorney. The fact that you can take from these people that have placed their trust in you to help them at their most desperate time is the worst possible thing you can do to someone. I hope each of his victims get justice of some kind.
@acovert8241
Tom currently lives in OC if I’m not mistaken. I’m not convinced he lost his memory. Erika was it seems in defense mode while on housewives. How will she get the earrings back from Richards? He bought them for his wife.
@ServalanFan
They should have an episode of Housewives where Erika goes to an Indonesian orphanage and demands the money back from one of the children there who lost their parents. They might even owe her money if they only got a percentage of $220000 and they have to all totally repay the $750000.
@valentinat3250
OMG. Just. OMG.
@debbieblair3329
Hello!
@hannelekorpela1318
Replay here and both Girardi and Murdaugh are just as shocking, both cases involved deaths, money, and damages cause to victims familys for the benefit to a lawyer.
