1:31:21 Smoking gun of all smoking guns: 1:11 she was on the phone with someone she says she hadn’t spoken to in a long time who lives in the UK. The only reason she called him is because he lived in the UK and it’s a future cover story for why she used WhatsApp should they uncover her usage if not the actual people she spoke to because law enforcement can’t access end to end encrypted messages. This is vintage Wendi laying down the cover up: “if I had WhatsApp, I would have used it for international calls – and the guy I was speaking to was in England so I would have used WhatsApp to call him” at the exact time you needed WhatsApp to message Charlie the murder is done! There is no other person physically capable of confirming it let alone ahead of Garcia, and Wendy was seen and admits she was there. Slam dunk. She’s going to prison.
Imagined interrogation: Cappleman: well we show you called him from your regular phone and not through WhatsApp. Wendi: I think I started to dial him from WhatsApp and must have redialed outside of it. Cappleman: when was the last time you spoke to Jeff Skopek, your international call? Wendy: it’s been a while. (“I hadn’t caught up with him in a long time. I was probably distracted when I talked to him — because you were texting Charlie “it’s done!”) Cappleman: why did you call him then? Wendy: some made up reason…
Smoking gun. No one can suspend disbelief to believe that she would happen to make an international call at the precise time of seeing the murder scene. Just an obvious but poor cover for using WhatsApp IN CASE they discover she used it. I hope Cappleman has that proof but it isn’t needed.
Wendi: your cover up is so over the top, it is abundantly evident.

Her acting job is fooling no one. There is no way she is not at the center of the murder of her ex. It just irks me to see how her entire family did her bidding to keep her distance. I think the FL prosecutors will slowly build a case against her and bring her to justice. What an effed up family!

😒Unbelievable! In addition to the odd giggling and her bizarre smiling, Wendi’s claim that she couldn’t recall whether or not Danny was seeking a court order to deny her own mother unsupervised access to her children is just impossible to believe. What a ridiculous thing to say coming from a trained lawyer. It’s just not credible & makes EVERYTHING she says suspect 😏
