The fact the he is "trying to act insane" is maddening. The fact that no one thought to get this kid some help when he was making comments like "I just want to know what unaliveing someone feels like" the drawings, it's sooooooo sick. I hope this kid gets the warm welcome to adult prision he deserves. Then you see the mom try to hide evidence instead of cooperating with the police…. now look I get it, as a parent I get that you don't want to think of your child being capable of something like this BUT he is so he needs to be locked up, not only for the safety of the community, but for the safety of your obviously younger daughter. Cause from my own experience physchotic breaks r very real and scary and u don’t even know who u r sometimes 😢. I can’t believe this punk killer and his mother keeps getting things postponed. He needs life in prison no parole and his mother gets a very long jail time. When will justice finally be done for this poor innocent girl and her family, friends along with her mom. If the Courts don’t stick with life and no parole he will do this again and so many others will think they also will. Let there be JUSTICE.

Every parent loves and wants to protect their kid but part of a parents duty is to teach them to take responsibility for their actions.. The fact that his mother tried to destroy evidence is abhorrent – she KNEW what her son had done and deserves to rot in jail for her actions.
He deserved to be given a life sentence with NO possibility of parole.
My heart goes out to Trystin's family, friends and the community she lived in. Fly high precious Angel I hope you get the justice you deserve when this monster and his mother finally go to court.

This is such a sad story and for nothing. My kids and all their friends went to skate station here Jax FL. All the kids called me auntie . Including Tristan. She was such a beautiful soul. She was so sweet and kind. Always polite.. all the kids there were excited because I was having a baby . She's 4 now. My daughter 14 now and niece all were friends.
