He had an ugly hatred inside him and I’m sure something she said set it off and the amount of tequila he drank. I think he had pure evil within and it was unleashed by his insecurities and alcohol and anger. This is horrible and it’s disgusting how his family stood by him.

Man- this was a hard one. Props to the detectives who could have easily not pressed further to get the full scope of what happened to poor Maria. Sigh… As awful as it was, Fidel needed to be fully exposed for the true monster that he is.

This made me think its not the first time he hurt a woman.. Also, I think he always had that anger in him and it came out when he was drinking and she called him by her ex's name. I can understand him being mad, but she didn't deserve to die especially the way he did it. It's foul and gross. He deserve life in prison with no parole.

Annie my husband's large intestine was removed because of colon cancer,And his surgeon shared with me that it was long ….So I can imagine what this monster did to this beautiful girl must of been straight out of a horror movie! Good enough to maybe fool these detectives who did their best to get him to open up but let's get real here
This lady didn't scream out her ex's name during intimacy with this guy
She told him of her plans to leave and he (admitting she's not allowed to drink without her, started drinking and coaxed her into drinking to try and lower her inhibition or change her mind)
But being a jealous guy, he was suspicious that shw was leaving to go be with her ex – hence how the topic of her ex even began
She was likely telling him her whole family didn't like her ex to reassure this guy that her ex had nothing to do with her decision to leave
His jealousy, and ossessiveness and controlling nature was likely the reason she wanted to leave him
Then he goes into a rage not believing her
Sure in his mind that she was leaving him to go back to her ex
Then after breaking things and getting mad she probably tried to calm him down the only way she knew how – by being intimate and reassuring him she loved him
Then mid way he probably asked her again if she was really going to leave and she might have said yes, crushing his ego and reigniting his fears that she was trying to leave him for her ex
Then in a fit of rage this guy drags the poor woman into the closet (where her screams wouldn't be as loud) and proceeded to humiliate her and sodomise her.
No one – with a whole house to move through and no children to hide from goes to have consensual sex in a closet.
He forced her in there and brutalised her – thinking, my d*** ain't good enough for you and you want to be with another man so bad i will give you what you want and f*** you like the who** you are because how dare you want to leave me
It has to be becauase of your ex…
This sorry excuse for a man killed this woman because of his weak and fragile ego, jealousy and overractive imagination, PERIOD!. This was no accident or sex act gone wrong. Dude is a liar!

Yeah, I would bet that she didn’t say her exes name. I think that’s him trying to make an excuse. I’d bet he was enraged by her saying she was going to leave for a month and potentially move. The way he easily talks about his rage. Like not just in this situation but in life. He acts like fits of rage are normally. Like it is not new for him and something others have not held him accountable for. I know with my oldest who deals with reacting out of anger…I do not let it pass. I make him aware that others do not deserve to be hurt by our own feelings.
Anyways I feel like it was a previous struggle but this for sure was not just an accident or sex gone wrong. He went off the handle here.
