I definitely believe Lindsey accidentally killed her, and was a very abusive caretaker to Hannah. BUT, Hannah's dad comes off neglectful. Probably because he is extremely overworked and overwhelmed. Forgot what he did? Went and got milk ? Sounds like he went to a friend's house to get drunk to blow off steam, and brought Hannah with him..

Sorry, but the defence attorney’s reasonable doubt chart starts out with a nonsense statement. If the jurors are convinced that there is clear and convincing evidence that the defendant is guilty, it must result in them thinking that she’s guilty! What else could they think?? And, thinking something through while considering the evidence is a necessary part of their job!

The detectives didn’t question Jason like they did Lindsay, because based on what the doctors said, it would have been impossible for Hannah to still be walking and talking after the event occurred that caused the blunt force trauma, as she was doing when he dropped her off.
