Just FYI, the music box is playing "The Sound of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel. (You know: "Hello, darkness, my old friend…)

LOVED that you and your daughter went there and experienced it yourselves!!! HOW AWESOME!!!

  • @acarlo4380

I would've had the kids sleeping in my room with me every night.

  • @boydsinclair7606

Don't believe in the supernatural: do believe in the power of the mind: suggestion, Carbon Monoxide, ultra low frequency sound, magnetic and gravitational anomalies, and mental health problems.
I also think people secretly living in the crawl space stealing money and walking around at night making noises is WAY more scary than the idea of ghosts 😳

  • @Mandy-nt2cs

We saw completely different things on the back of the chest lol You saw Bormers, I saw B.T. or B.J. and Crimes or Grimes lol

  • @kandieb3

This was a great story. I had to move onto couch with back to wall bc I kept feeling like something was behind me.

  • @leannemitchell9726

What if youre the ghost of someone else's house and all the things you hear are them trying to communicate

  • @brittanyhart5542

I had no idea you were in Rochester! I'm just south of there. You need to do the East Bethany Mental Hospital. You'd be perfect for that and it's closer to you than Hindale.

I just started watching you last week and have really enjoyed all of your episode. This particular one really really resonates with me and things my family goes through. So much you mentioned draws such parallels with my own house, that was built early 1800’s, in upstate Ny. I can’t fit everything into this comment. I’m just outside of a native reservation, which I’m part of, I have underground tunnels under my house that wasn’t disclosed on any property assessment, along with many deaths. To cap it off, my house is directly across the street from a church that would hang ppl. I’ve had a few ppl come and try to help settle things. It’s hard, I understand what this mom was feeling

  • @Mervanya

I just found this video while looking for Harloween. I was so surprised when the voices came over the spirit box. I wish you could do another haunted house video this was brilliant.

  • @maryeckel9682

Super late, but I'm a Victorian (and older) house lover, and when I see a listing for an old house that seems in good condition, but surprisingly low priced, I think yeah, it's haunted.

  • @mistycappadonia5307

Also i meant to comment this on pt 1 but ive been watching your channel forever and never knew that you were from rochester too! Hey neighbor 😂❤

  • @gr8fulgirl88

Still watching your vlog of you at the Hinsdale house and Dan just said that he gets spirits asking for Nick Groff. That's actually how I first heard about the Hinsdale House by watching Paranormal Lockdown with Nick and Katrina. I know that shows like that do add in some dramatic flair. Honestly though, when he went back to the house, after months of feeling like something came home with him from there, it was intense. He could just be a good actor but it seemed completely genuine to me. I honestly believe something attached itself to him and was genuinely fucking up his life

  • @nicolewolfcry7408

I kept hearing it say Laura…

  • @user-hq6eh2rr5i

  • @deb9ragorton742

As a Catholic, that priest sounds like a post synod of synodality variety…..he left the front row of his lectures open for ghosts??? No exorcists entertains spirits like that. He sounds like he combined showmanship with his priestly duties. Exorcists don't communicate with spirits beyond getting the info they need, they don't consult psychics. That's not a christian. They could have used a priest who tried harder and walked the walk with them.

  • @Secret_Soul_Survivor

OMG I loved this episode of you and your beautiful daughter filming at the house, that was so interesting. What a fascinating project to take on that house and live there while renovating, brave indeed. Thanks this was a great story 🙏💫👻

  • @shanteljohnston2109

I'M GEARING UP FOR HARLOWEEN 2023!!! RE-WATCHING ALL MY FAV EPISODES! WOOOHOOO!!

  • @aelipaeli5857

I don't know if you actually believe in the supernatural, or if you are on the fence like me but… names hold power. Never ever ever tell your name to something that seems to be a ghost or demon or anything supernatural. Just no no no. No name.

  • @rulenevandersteen7835

Great job, Stephanie! Well done! I was riveted to my chair watching this. ❤

  • @misstoujoursplus

I experienced similar stuff in a… 8 story building in a big city ! It appeared that those manifestations (bangings on the walls, loud screamings, windows opening and closing without any wind outside) were caused by a body of water under the fundation of the building. All the childrent in this big complex (30 flats !) had horrible nightmares and everybody could hear those strange sounds.
One day a contractors came to reinforce the basement of the building and all those strange things stopped.
It would have been interesting to know on which kind of ground this house was built. Our building was previously a meadow, so full of water, which can disturb greatly ones mind. The same goes with sites where there was previously a cemetery. Not because of the dead, but because decomposing corpses release toxic compounds which can affect the health of the livings.
Of course, as Stephanie came to the so called "haunted house" she needed very sophisticated devices to "hear" anything.

  • @sudbury9

My family lived in an active house. We would be watching tv, see the light come on in the kitchen, hearbthe fridge close, walk in & the Miracle Whip jar would be in middle of the floor. Noone left the den during the time. A little (blonde) boy would run up the hall, both of our kids would be staying the night with my parents. I would hear the scanner come on & hear my husband radio 10-7 station R (hes out of service at our house) he would be upset that i heard bc he wanted to surprise us. Told him i heard him on radio. He walked over and picked up scanner & it wasnt plugged in. We would get on to our son for not cleaning his room but he would blame it on Nick. We had no idea who that was. So i cleaned the room up while he was gone with his PaPa. 20 minutes later i walked by & someone had sat on his bed (perfect butt print) & toy cars scattered everywhere. We were talking to an older lady neighbor & out of the blue she told us about the little boy who had lived there in the 60s who had gotten ran over by a truck in the front yard. The father picked him up & laid him on his bed to wait for ambulance. He died before they arrived. His name was Nick and he was blonde.

  • @cynthiaboras9775

This is creepy. I think I could actually figure some of the alleged voice from the box. How are you? I heard "Dead." Can you hear me? " I can" Are you walking around? "Walking around." I wish we could talk to each other. "Want to." I wish I could meet you. "I´m here." Who are we speaking with? "Mike". Do you have anything to say? "Who are you?" Would you play me something? "Back off. No."
Is it just me or did anyone else got the same? Now that might be my brain making out plausible words according to what has been said, but is not there. Still odd.
Nice music box. Is is playing sound of silence by Simon and Garfunkel?

  • @Britvalarie

Just catching up on some of your older videos and love anything paranormal! You did an amazing job on this and you were very brave going there!

  • @AriesFire88

Can you please make more deep dives on hauntings? I love how you presented this story! ❤

  • @kerrichiarelli2057

Stephanie you don't know what you are dealing with. I am concerned for you that you tried to engage with powers that are evil.

  • @Juli-ge4yp

This was amazing! I'd love to see you & Neve investigate other "haunted" locations.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Very very cool

  • @brianfarrand1919

That was your best one so far.

  • @RogueMomma25

Lol Stephanie being so polite to the ghosts!
