I was born in NZ and lived there until I was 12 and moved to Buffalo, NY where my Dad is from and our house in NZ was built on a Maori burial gound as was my Nanas house next door and both of our houses were haunted.

I am interested in this case but what frustrates me is the historical record. There are all these claims psychics came up with but it was never verified historically. There was no proof the house was an inn and there is no evidence of the murders. There was a boy who died from a saw accident in the area but but he wasn't murdered and she wasn't sure if he was the cause of the haunting.

Off topic but the dad lowkey made me angry…he said he didnt feel comfortable being there bc of all the stuff happening..like he didnt feel safe so he decided so be gone most of the time, but allowed his wife and kids to stay there alone? Thats extremely cowardly.

I live near hinsdale have been to the house several times while it was abandoned before the current owners renovated I have so many crazy stories of my experiences at that house I tell people who don’t believe to spend one night in that house and they will change their outlook

I believe something bad happens in that house that's so evil I use to live in a house that me and my kid's was living in fear ,I use to see a women flowing looking at the floor and when I 🙏 she will go away then a little boy smiling but he's smiling was scary he will play with my kid's toy's no one believe me until one time my friend stay over at 4 in the morning she wanted to go home at that time there was no ride ,she will cry I ask her now you believe me she will answer me yeah, then in the basement bad sounds was coming out the basement like a women and a man arguing when they was no one down in the basement and the litte boy crying it was a crying so weird, a brought a prist he told me that the house watch very heavy what ever was in the house was not good was evil he couldn't do nothing to help me,I left the house didn't take nothing with me ,one my friends told me not to take nothing, that was the worst thing that happen to me and my family,,my mom told me when people argue alot evil likes to be there he wants something bad to happen I use to argue with my exxx but he was the problem not me and I think the people that use to live there probably use to argue a lot after I found out the husband murder the wife and there son that was in 1908 old house, that's why when someone going to buy a house they should know the past of the house ,I lost a lot of money, but it's okay me and my family are save tank's God,,

Omg 😳 when my friends and i went there our car wouldn't start either. I definitely felt a presence there. One of mt friends had went outside while i was in the bedroom upstairs and he had thought i was trying to holler for him. It wasn't me..

We have a ghost here, since i moved in i always felt like i was being watched and sometimes id just shrug it off. But the longer we lived here the more things have started to happen.
I mostly try and joke about it and shout stuff like "unless you've come to hoover, wash up or put the clean washing away tonight aint it sis " just my sense of humour i guess i dont like to show fear to something i cant see. Thats what they feed off of.

I'm only 20 min in but this sounds very much like the typical city yuppies moving to the country and not having the reverence for the land and spirits that have lived there. I very much believe in spirits and ghosts and other creatures and they're especially strong in Appalachia. Generally if you work with the land and spirits instead of against them you can at least have a peaceful cohabitation.

When we first moved into our home
My daughter (age 8 months) we're home alone sitting on my bed. She kept looking past me and laughing and smiling. I kept looking behind me, ….nothing.

I actually just left this house! We stopped off on a trip through Hinsdale and figured we could stop by to take some pictures. Similar to Clara, we also saw a deer that crossed the road near the house and it's broad daylight! This video is the first one we pulled up to get a full story of this house after leaving. We are listening now on our trip and I'm so glad we found your video! How interesting! (And creepy) Lol We may schedule an actual tour soon. Thanks so much!
