On the evening of February 8th, 2017, 21 year old Reagan Tokes left work after finishing her shift. However, shortly after her shift ended, friends and family grew concerned after she suddenly stopped communicating with them as she normally did. When her body was found the day following, everyone in the community were shocked and horrified. Who could want to do something so brutal to such a bright young woman?
