Hearing the story just breaks my heart I feel bad for everybody involved and shame on anybody that is helping him another note is that they should have never let him out on bail, it should never be an option for somebody that is facing murder charges

Number one. The fight was over her wanting to Stay at their friend Bobby’s house because she didn’t want to drive. Matthew had heard her say that & got very upset. He tried choking his children’s mother. She got into her car & left in a hurry. The truck that was driven was NOT Matthew’s truck. It was one of the friend at the party. I watched the whole scene on the police body cam & I saw him in the hospital talking with the officer…& yes, he broke down sobbing when they told him it was indeed Livye who had passed away.

Please do the story on Heaven Weed's murder by her boyfriend in Shreveport, La.
He actually helped her mom get her into the car when Mom showed up to visit her and found her barely alive. She died a few days later from her injuries. Turns out he was infact the killer, and had a history of violence against women and had been freed at least once prior to killing Heaven. He beat her to death. She was 23.

Cindy Edgar, (Matthews mother) lives walking distance from where Livye was found. This means he could have drove Livye car to the location then ran back on foot to get his cousins truck and not his vehicle so his tire tracks wouldnt be on the scene. Thankfully, a woman drove by with suspicion while he is was still staging the scene. Im postive he killed Livye by accident, probably in the drive way or yard of his mothers. There is the possibility he used the truck to push the car down the road. Why? Because he couldnt drive it while she was still in it and blood everywhere. He likely tried at first but got blood all over him. He wore those boots to leave its prints and not his personal foot wear. He got pinned when the lady drove by so he calapsed, mentally. His ex-wife could have been envolved but was never caught because she may have been walking back to his mothers house to get something and dropped Livyes keys in the processes. He would have simiply drove the car back to his mothers or his personal residents if all this happened by the road and walked back to get his vehicle. The gun shot was made at his mothers so he had to move the car from there before she found out. Maybe, she did hear it and decided to help him. Why else would all this happen on the side of road by his mothers house? Why not wait and argue while in the driveway or yard? Matthew has kids with his ex-wife so it makes sense why he wouldn't say anything if she was involved.

As an aside. Did those who left the Halloween party drive after consuming various amounts of alcohol? To think that the 2 kids were in a vehicle, is chilling & scary. 44% of all car crashes in the USA involve a driver who has been drinking alcohol.

I know a lot of people aren't happy with how the mother and aunt were treated by police …. But I believe the family including the mother were trouble for law enforcement prior to this case they seem well known. If you watch the video of when they found the car the officers talked about her by name and wanting to make sure they secured the crime scene and got Liv out of the car before mom was notified because they feared she would come there and interfere… Which she did … Trying to fight the polcie.. obviously high on drugs.. she even chest bumped police and yelled / screamed obscenities. Now.. I'm not saying that just because mom does drugs she isnt feeling the loss of her daughter because no drug can take that pain away but we don't know what actually happened in that door way. She could have started with the police trying to get them to react. I wouldn't be surprised if they sued the police dept and got money out of the situation. I'm so sorry Livie didn't get to realize her dreams.

I just watched the bodycam of this case. They were no longer dating and had been broken up for a month, livye was going to spend the night at the house where the party was which made him jealous. But he was NOT her boyfriend at the time

This woman just lost her child!! It seems like the police don't care at all. As long as it's nobody from their own family, they will take their time. I just wish we had more professional, and caring law enforcement.

That poor mother was treated worse than the POS that murdered her daughter. Disgusting. You would almost think that Matthew was the son of a Judge or politician with what he got away with and how long he got away with it. Like the mother said, why wasn't Montana charged with obstruction? Smh I know certain things have updated since this video so I'll need to check on that. Best believe if this happened to one of my children, I'd be absolutely DIFFICULT to deal with and I would bring hell to earth until my questions and respect was addressed.

Also Montanas car was seen at the scene, by a car who drove past b4 the woman who stopped to call 911. And saw a woman. And her texts around 3.30am show them changing from going via wifi to simple SMS, showing it looked like she left. Apparently Lyvie had said she was staying the night at Bobbys & thats why he freaked out. And Montana sais that's why she was cool to leave the kids their, cos they'd be with Lyvie. The family supposedly been charged with assisting a fugitive, case still penfing they knew. I think he passed out drunk that's why he was found the way ge was. But remembers everything. His reaction off "crying" he turns his head face down on hosp pillow. And looks like fake crying to me. The way thd Cops treated her family, the mother who just heard & arrived at scene not knowing if she was def dead, was beyond cold. It was horrific the entire handlist from the 1st hours were vile.
(Montana should remember theres no limitations on murder charges. But there's a small possibility his own mother helped. I believe she the evidence points to her being on the scene. But her involvement is hard to guess as different evidence points in opp directions. But 99% sure she saw / knew something).
