    You lawyers stick together.
Not everyone thinks Georgia Cappleman has handled this case well. I don't. She seems to be holding back, instead of going in for the kill.

  • @Karenanneseven

    His defence is laughable!

I'm new to your channel, watching in Australia, and really enjoying your analysis of this trial. It's such an absurd story – I appreciate you calling it the fairy tale that it is! So many ridiculous holes in his story… I hope the jury aren't swayed by the tediousness of the Adelson's explanations of his new story. It would have been great to have his brother Robert as some kind of (lack of) character witness. The way Charlie so openly and cheerfully stated that his mother seemed to really dislike his brother – so awful! I don't want to blame their mother, but I think this is probably a generational behaviour issue. Entitled, untouchable, inflated self-importance. Charles and Wendi reek of it. Her testimony in each of the trials has been extraordinary to witness – and his in a very different way. The confidence of each of them, whilst seeming entirely unbelievable, is disturbing. Fingers crossed the jury are all perceptive, and listening very closely. Thanks very much for your detailed work on this. 🙂🙏🕊 Hoping there will be justice for Dan's family.

I felt like Georgia did well and think I saw where she was going. But Mentour Lawyer, I really wish she had done the cross examination the way you would have done it.👍🏼

  • @imgrateful7142

I thought she was dropping bombs on him. 💣💣 I was like get his a – – Georgia.

He got mad and revealed what a POS he is, as I thought he would. Can't help himself. 👾 Laughing about being the defendant in a M trial while the victim's family sits in the gallery.

He and Wendi are cut from the same cloth.

  • @MBB9394

Now that it's over how do you think she did. Everyone on STS thread is freaking that Charlie got the best of her. Scares me.

  • @user-hr5lx5rt5d

Yes. She OK. But. He a snake 🐍 too

  • @anthonym3351

The cross examination was a disaster for the state, it's the first time in years I've felt Charlie has a chance of walking free

  • @chrislancaster1982

Crossing this guy is more like a pre-closing argument.

  • @my1vice

Not guilty. The State failed to prove their case.
There was no proof of solicitation or conspiracy.
You are bringing in prior bias to the case.

  • @caroliamurri3872

I hope this jury sees through this ignoramus' lies. He was smarmy on the stand. He certainly thinks he was the smartest in the room. Your questions would have made this cross a slam dunk..Charlie is a pathological !had and a murderer…

  • @bobbymiller2951

And as soon as they arrested, Katie and the other 2, That would have been the perfect time for Charlie to go right to the police., But I don't believe they asked him that question. Then his so-called extortion would have been over. I think that fact alone tells a story about his honesty. It's absolutely heartbreaking that the children have to deal with this. All because of jealousy.

  • @integraleric

Unfortunately, it seems that the prosecution fumbled the ball regarding Charlie's cross examination. What I saw of the cross examination was going so poorly, I had to turn it off.

  • @corey5860

Charlie is the biggest narcissist. He needs to go to prison for life.

  • @allend2749

georgia is terrible and charlie will be acquitted.

  • @sarahdrummond6424

Our society is hooked on sensationalism! Facts are facts. Georgia's personality is opposite Raushbam. Making this comparison is moot. Wait for closing.

  • @nietzschesmuse

    "Nice extortionists" Hahahaha!

  • @Muffnews

So whats next?? Georgia didnt hammer him…as much to knock him down

  • @maureencaissy6075

Awesome questions. I hope Georgia adds them to her closing. Part of the defense strategy was most likely to wipe everyone out psychologically and then Rashbaum and Charlie take some form of mental stamina meds and sail through cross the next day. Look at the timing. Yesterday was a bunch of painful blabbering from Rashbaum. Rambling that went nowhere except to put people to sleep. They drained everyone. I really hope Georgia nails him in closing! Can she ask where his parents are? Why did they not call the police. Etc. Again, your questions are brilliant! ❤️

  • @amie9416

I wish Georgia would have been able to review your suggestions for cross prior to questioning Charlie. It would have been a great aide for her. Thank you ML

  • @Horseymama1

That was (imo) very flat and disappointing. Charlie was too well prepared, too confident and she wasn't. It showed. Super anti climatic

  • @esthern2261

You would have rocked it ML! You did!!

  • @loricolley8999

ML..I am worried after the cross from Georgia..your thoughts please..

  • @helenstewart4050

Like your version we’ll see what happens !

  • @CC42_

Mentour- these are awesome questions for cross. I havn't watched the states cross yet but if they didn’t think of these questions I do worry if he'll be found guilty.

Say what we will about the Adelsons guilt but Charlie and his lawyer have been very "smooth" and well prepared. This could be enough to plant doubt in a jury.

  • @remmary100

Georgia wasn’t that great. I’m disappointed.

  • @DeeDee-il7zk

Im ready for closing! I can't listen to Rash's direct, it kills me!

  • @DeeDee-il7zk

I think Georgia did an awesome job on the cross examination!!

  • @Trish.Norman

Georgia should have nailed him when he said “You’ve never met her” referring to her mom. Could Georgia have brought up why she hadn’t ever met his mom. (Pleading the 5th, refusing to be interviewed, or well she’s not shown up for your trial so of course I’ve never met her?)

  • @harleyd9857

Georgia just finished Cross. 11:10 Friday
