“I am haunted by the knowledge that my actions have caused irreparable harm to another individual.” – Sentencing for DUI Manslaughter
In cases of DUI manslaughter, individuals who are found guilty of driving under the influence and causing a fatal accident can face severe legal consequences. These cases often involve detailed investigations into the offender’s blood alcohol content, speeding or reckless driving behavior, and the impact of their actions on the victim and their loved ones.
@UrHusbandsBih
That was a very fair sentence. Really avoidable circumstances
@rhut579
Wow. Never heard anyone speak like this. RIP Joseph Harper. I pray his family heals from this unnecessary tragedy.

Vehicular Manslaughter sentencing is only 14 years??? Is that just in Florida??? This seems like very little time considering that a life was lost. 🤬🤯
@markbaz4200
So he will be in prison for 14 years total, correct? All charges to be served concurrently?
@Rick-678
Wow. No clue why it is different if he used a gun instead of a truck. The start of this video had the cinema of a Ladybug 🐞 production.

Gotta listen on 1.75x speed but thanks for the upload 🎉.
@gingersnap1552
Very sad an senseless lose of life. 😔
@HalelEliyah3777
Y would the authorities allow vehicles on the roads that travel at speeds higher than the highest posted speed limit? Seems negligent..

Do the crime do the time. Drunk driving is a choice humans make, the fact that people sometimes get away with it and make it home is no excuse. Those that get caught impaired or cause an accident and hurt or kill others it was their choice and they need to be held accountable. They are not above the law and just because they sober up and then say "oh I'm so sorry this happened" No you Are Not, if you were you would never have drove drunk. If one can afford to drink one can afford a taxi or uber ride home. Think before you drink.💔
