As a seasoned crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I meticulously combed through the transcript of the interrogation. The suspect’s alibis were inconsistent and their story had more holes than a block of Swiss cheese. It was clear that they were attempting to cover up their involvement in the heinous crime.
Throughout the questioning, the suspect’s body language betrayed their nervousness, with fidgeting hands and shifting eyes giving away their guilt. As I pressed further, they stumbled over their words and contradicted themselves multiple times, further incriminating themselves.
The crime in question bore all the hallmarks of a carefully planned robbery gone wrong. The perpetrator had left behind a trail of evidence, which I diligently pieced together to unravel the truth behind this sinister act.
Despite the suspect’s desperate attempts to evade responsibility, my attention to detail and unwavering determination allowed me to see through their facade and bring justice to the victims. As I closed in on the culprit, I knew that my meticulous approach to investigating had once again proved invaluable in solving this complex case.

Realistically i think the murders were committed in UNDER 16 minutes. His car was seen parking at 4:04am and speeding away at 4:20am. Taking into account walking/running time to get to and from the house, that puts it more like 12-14 minutes. Extremely unsettling. Morning Annie,,He can't be that clever because who takes their own vehicle and phone to commit these horrific crimes? It must be his narcissistic thinking that he's too clever and everyone else are inferior to him for him to be caught??
What is weird Annie is that after committing crimes of this magnitude he drives back to the house? Now how's he know that LE aren't going to be all over the place? Only a mad man would go back surely?,or did he know LE hadn't been called yet?? But had to return cos the area was too busy with traffic and people going about their business?? Did he drop someone else off or pick them up from the area & the sheath was not the reason why he drove back to the house??
The FBI no doubt will fill all blanks in cos imo they'll find more on him and come the trial day I reckon we'll see more e evidence that show us he's not as clever or cunning as he thinks he is? In fact quite me on that🙏💯👍🚔🚓

Is it possible that Ethan was intercepted by BK if Ethan was leaving the house to return to his frat house? Was there any rule that frat brothers had to be home by a certain time? Maybe Ethan was exiting to go home and encountered BK? Do we know factually where Ethan's body was found?

I really think that it was possibly Ethan saying he was going to help her. From my understanding the Invesigators found Ethan and Xana first. They proceeded ipstairs and found Maddie and Kaylee.

Bryan did commit crime of killing 4 people & probably wanted 2 see if he could get away w/ it . Mistake of leaving a sheath behind & his D N A too. He’s guilty & throw away prison key just like do 2 Trump as well 4 both of them 4 their crimes . Criminals always make a mistake committing a crime & they no realize they did that. And plus coming back to the crime scene which they usually do and eventually they’re caught, crime no pays & pay 4 their crimes eventually get caught , cuz of breaking the laws killing people/ person or even a baby or babies, kids too.

I disagree. I believe Dylan was in a complete state of "Scared". She would not have known if he had left thr house. I can't even imagine the fear she felt. I've frozen with fear for hours before. Its very possible. This also explains why she called friends etc, she was probably to terrified to leave her room unless she knew people where around. Not knowing what had occurred or if her house mates were being held hostage. She would not have known if this was a lone male. She could well have thought it was a robbery. Frozen with fear is debilitating. That poor girl would have gone through hell.

Maybe he spared Dylan as another sick twisted move. Knowing she will be scared for the rest of her life and thinking that since he didn’t leave DNA and had half his face covered, that he wouldn’t be caught. I think he was stalking one of the girls and was obsessed with wanting to kill so he killed the 4 and was satisfied so he decided to pass Dylan, leaving her as another sick move. He knew he had already been at the house long enough and needed to get out.

The survivors should be charged for waiting to long to call 911. They decided to call everybody else while their roommates are lying dead maybe they could’ve been saved why did it take so long for them to make the phone call because it was a drug house. Everyone was on drugs, but you’re going to hesitate and not call for help for your friends that are apparently hurt when did in someway there’s something way shady about this then we have the two girls parents locked up for drugs. Then the strange sign removal at 4 AM in the same area same night this is not making sense at all. I think there is a cover-up. I don’t know if it’s with the cops the cartel, whatever this is not adding up.

Hmmm you make very good points my dear, but I'm honestly not sure what to think. He killed kaylee and Madison first, then came down stairs….. that I'm sure of. But after that I'm not so sure, he probably did try Dylans room. But like you said, It was probably locked…… then Xana and Ethan caught his attention. Odds are he killed Ethan, then said I'm going to help you…. to Xana while upset over Ethan. Then he went after her 😢, then saw Dylan as he was leaving…. but was to tired to do anything. So he let her live, and just left the building. That's just what I think, but I could be completely wrong. Only Brian turely knows, what happened that night….. hopefully he will confess.

What if he Dylan didn't wake up she was awake the whole time. What if she owed somebody money for drugs . What if they thought that they were killing Dylan and what if the girls and dog made a sound so they killed them as well that would explain why Dylan had to wait till noon to call the police to clean up the crime.

If you think about it, murder wouldn't be the 1st thing that comes to mind in a party house. Yes, if DM saw a blood covered man it should have sent her into action but we don't know if she was in shock or if she was in the dark, & didn't see the blood. I'm very confused as to why students on campus & girls in Kaylee's sorority & her family knew around 9:00 am that there was a death, murder or overdose but the cops don't know anything until noon. Kaylee's family was interviewed & they got call after call at 9:00 am.

Seems like a lot of guessing. Need to find everyone involved. Who owed who regarding drug dealer. Who might have threatened to tell about the drugs. Who was the person on the lease that never moved in…do they pay rent anyway? Why was the house unlocked? Was the house used as a party house, where you could buy and do? This is much deeper than we know. Where the parents in legal trouble going to or already snitch on people who would retaliate? Not saying BK isn't guilty, not saying he is.
