As a meticulous crime investigator, I meticulously examined the transcript for any subtle clues or inconsistencies that could potentially shed light on the case at hand. With my keen eye for detail, I noticed that the suspect’s alibi contradicted the statements of multiple witnesses, further deepening my suspicions about their involvement in the crime. Additionally, forensic evidence pointed towards a violent struggle taking place at the crime scene, indicating that the crime was of a particularly brutal nature. Armed with these crucial insights, I was determined to uncover the truth and bring justice to the victims of this heinous act.

Praying for Xana's mother, as well as all of the victims and their friends and family members 🙏 horrific all the way around 😢

  • @traceyl7991

Surely, she should not be allowed to represent him considering she has worked with the parents. I think that is a really bad situation for her. I can't believe Brian is allowing it either if he knows. If it were me, I would be protesting.
Edit.. Not that I am advocating for this "alleged" killer, I'm just commenting on the legalities.
I also do not think the case is weak enough to pull reasonable doubt. We also don't know how well DM saw the killer. She may have gotten a really good look at him and be able to identify him. I know he had a sort of mask on, but you never know. Although, these high profile cases are a bugger because they will have to keep DM away from all media and pics of this guy. It is going to be very interesting to see how this all pans out.

  • @drnklfdeeply

He will be convicted but I worry that conflict of interest with this attorney will help him on appeal, especially with the “trust” angle you mentioned. Can you imagine if those families have to go through a second trial?

  • @MellyLyn958

I thought i saw that a glove was found outside 1122 King.
As far as looking for things on computers etc, come on, he had several weeks before the murders to clear all info and dispose of things.

  • @krakra4truekrime

    Both people articles are lies.

  • @krakra4truekrime

Bou You believe in guilt befor trial.I wouldnt want you on a jury.😊

  • @krakra4truekrime

Also remember people no fingerprints from anyone of the girls who lived there. But 3 other males. How is that possible.

  • @krakra4truekrime

Do any of you read or pay attention, there is only one cell tower .Any ones phone would ping the same way. DNA is touch DNA, that also could be easily transferred. Nanct Grace s an old hag who needs to shut up.

Maybe I missed it, but what about his car. He had to have a lot of blood on his clothing, n his shoes. So when he got in his car all that blood had to have got on numerous things. The carpet would have blood on it from his shoes. It would be impossible to get all blood traces on said carpet. Anyone have any info on his car?

  • @josejr.8671

    ((((yawn))))) click

  • @carollonergan7344

The frat biys had more motive than any one

  • @niaselah3348

I'm not worried bc I haven't made an opinion yet. Till now it's all "If this is true then…" But until I see both narratives and evidence I don't have an opinion about guilt or innocence

  • @niaselah3348

About the sexual arousal by fire as weird as may seem it's completely different from by causing harm to another individual

If you are not harming anyone you are absolutely free to do whatever you want and it's nobody else's business

Pleasure from harming someone else is sick

  • @PaulReynolds-qn6ri

Yes we do no , nothing has been froud this BK DID NOT KILL ANYONE.

  • @PaulReynolds-qn6ri

No DNA has been found on any of BK home car or anywhere eles not one bit or a sign of a cleane up !!!!!!!!!!!

  • @lorettarobertson5687

    I think the grain beens

  • @sheilalynn7500

Your now the only crime show I watch

  • @JC111WPB

Min 44:00 They are probably not sexually aroused by committing the crime, but rather use sexual arousal as an impetus to commit the crime.

  • @JC111WPB

AE, you should be a lawyer

  • @Lisam880

That’s not true she doesn’t have positive Cara cleared it up

  • @suzanneridenour5020

I agree…its a huge conflict of interest. Xanas attorney has no business representing Brian. She wants the fame from this huge case.

  • @suzanneridenour5020

You need to research Michael Bresnahan….a stabbing and shooting case in Florida that happened July 2023…. there are a lot of discrepancies in this case…i just spoke with the guy's mom and there are some fishy things going on according to her..

  • @Jordancamille

as a mother that has struggled with addiction, before being a mother and after (14 months sober now); i appreciate the delicacy you ALWAYS use when discussing the tough topic of addiction & recovery. It’s really sad we all can’t give that same extension of grace and empathy. Especially with how much this mother is already going through. Thank you.

  • @johnw9256

    One thing I don't understand – MOTIVE????

  • @Babykisses908

Also didn’t the police go through the dumpster at the murder scene. Thank you Debbie from Michigan

  • @Babykisses908

Why isn’t this bought up before the judge that his attorney that she was working with the victims family first? Conflict of interest!

  • @juliearnold5832

I can’t believe that that lawyer didn’t let authorities know about the conflict between her and the parents of the victims with representing Brian. That’s crazy. He needs another lawyer now before he uses this issue later to claim he wasn’t legally represented because of his lawyer’s conflict of interest.

  • @lynndunn3244

Got an interesting imagination – I'd never think of all those possibilities. Don't think he'd bury it – dogs, whatever may dig it up.

  • @dahliacheung6020

Every time they interview the parents it's so extraordinarily sad. Their pain must be unimaginable. And then I can't imagine what Cara would have been feeling when her attorney started representing the person who murdered her daughter. And then that she worked for Maddie's dad and stepmom?! That is so, so awful, even if it wasn't Anne Taylor's choice to represent Bryan. My mouth dropped when I heard all that.

  • @cdaley7510

Isn't there DNA on the sheath? A knife was the weapon. Forensics would show approximate measurements.

  • @AlE-ld3ld

Do you think DM's brain is blocking out the trauma of hearing the murders?
I find it confusing how she heard them talking but didnt hear the murder.

Im not blaming her I know she is a victim also and im praying for her and all the families

  • @AlE-ld3ld

Didn't they say his sister lived near. They could say he was visiting his sister
