@22:27 personal sensibilities, his dignity…. Gosh, these killers (if he is indeed the killer) are so damn sensitive…. they remember all about their rights and privileges, they don't want to die, yet they think it is totally ok for their victims to get stripped of all this by these killers… In some obvious cases, when the killer is right there, it is almost ridiculous hearing about their rights. I would assume that if you took somebody's right to life, you should be stripped of all the rights too.

My real question is are the cameras really unfairly focused on him in the hearing or is this secondary sources taking and editing/selecting what they want from a larger group of photos and the secondary sources are choosing to focus on him.

I would love to see the trial but the courtroom is so small and the parking is almost nonexistent. There may be enough spots for the jury but would they would need to be bussed in.

There are filters that can be placed on the monitor that prevents anyone from seeing it unless you are sitting immediately in front of the monitor. These would make it look as if there is a fog over the screen. We use these in the hospital.

Something that really confuses me is that he is using public defenders correct? How can they justify giving him unlimited funds to pay these attorneys for him to nit pick and attempt to throw out every single solitary thing in this case! If a middle class person were to be in his position and had to pay for his own lawyers they wouldn’t be able to afford this type of defense.

Why did it take the survivors so many hours to call 911, why did so many students know about the deaths before 911 was called why are the survivors being protected? I’ve been watching not as close as you but the fact the the crime scene was viewed and walked threw by students before the cops or 911 was called is enough for reasonable doubt and I suspect that the survivors will not be questioned on the stand. This guy knows how the criminal justice system works. Also the coroner that showed up was not a doctor ! You’d be surprised how many of coroners nation ARE NOT DOCTORS BUT COPS & sheriffs who have no medical license but are the coroners 🤦🏾♀️🤣🤣🤣 our judicial system is screwed up reasonable doubt is a big one. Cops just throw ish at the wall to see what sticks and again hours before cops where called so many students knew about the death. Cops do not know how to investigate! There are hundreds of cases where the victims families and private citizens has to do the cops job! I can not tell you how many deaths deemed suicide by lazy incompetent or corrupt cops to later be investigation by families of the deceased and 2nd autopsy done by a licensed medical professional returns a murder and not a suicide death 🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️

Why does Kohberger have a say in this ?? Who cares what he wants !! There were cameras in the Jodi Arias and Alec Murdough trials and other big death penalty trials…..Since when is it up to the defense??? Four innocent people were killed !! …The public has the right to follow this trial… with courtroom cameras !!!
