This could have happened to most of Britney's fortune too. We know money was moved out of Britney's estate, no oversight of the court, court was not even aware it was happening.

Clearly conservatorships are incredibly easy to exploit, whether by people falsely claiming to be sick, people getting family members locked up so they can control finances, or people stealing from funds held in trust for people.

I wonder if there's a possibility Sam Ingham was dragging his feet so much re Bessemer Trust, because Yeeted Spears told him, "Hey, I'm totally on board with Bessemer coming in, I just need a little time to tidy up some of the finances and investments, make sure everything's structured right. That way, the transition can be smoother and doesn't risk destabilising Britney, you know?"

You’re amazing and I love your content, I just wanted to let you know you’re doing an amazing job! Thank you for all your efforts!

I think there is a rule in SC that you cannot use testimony of a defendant on "other matters" in one case to prove a defendant broke laws in a subsequent case. So now it makes sense that they need Cory to prove their case in the event they were "state" charges. I assume they can use the testimony from the murder trial for the Federal Indictment…

  • @screwyou2

The entire network includes Sheriff's who were aware of the fraudulent use of police lights, interfering in investigations, lifelong heritage drug running ,etc. He didn't fuck over any of these cohorts. They jumped straight in for their piece of the pie. And who is gonna step into their shoes now down here? Lord knows the corruption hasn't stopped.

  • @not_THAT_karen

They don’t deserve club fed. They need to swear it in state

  • @PriyaPans

At this rate. If I needed legal counsel and I was in South Carolina, id want to make sure that said lawyer never worked alongside Alex. And also ideally they need to not be somewhat related to anyone else involved either.

  • @suzymoroka297

Emily you bear a striking resemblance to Sofia Richie. Daughter of Lionel Richie. Been scratching my head for a while trying to figure out who you reminded me of.

  • @meli_db

Replay crew here! I missed this one so catching up. Thanks for breaking it down for us EDB đź’ś

SC state prisons are Hell holes!!!!! I’ve worked for criminal defense attorneys for federal and state court.I’m a court reporter now. I refuse to enter a state prison. I have gone to federal prisons. It was stupid for Alex Murdaugh to have his state charges disposed of first. Such a dumbass. He could be in a much nicer place instead of hell on earth.

  • @dsmyth9940

Can you cover or review dave ramsey lawsuit ❤

  • @jimborer1524

What happens with the islands and other properties that Murdaugh ownes?

  • @jenniferjohnson1950

I ❤ being able to watch and get caught up.

  • @danellemccombs4892

There are others. Many others that knowingly had a hand in the dirt that Alec was digging in…Cory Fleming knows who these others are. I wonder if Carmin Mullin has anything to worry about? I think she needs to be worried…very worried.

  • @danellemccombs4892

Fleming also plead guilty to his state charges, was said to have been cooperating there also.

  • @susanb217

These people are so grimy. I jeed a shower

  • @Horchata_and_tacos

The level of self deception here is truly mind boggling. He really thought he would get away with it. I can't decide if it's just hubris or stupidity. Maybe because he got away with it for so long?

  • @jlooney10

This is the best thumbnail I’ve ever seen, the picture Emily chose for poopoo head is top knotch

I have acupuncture to deal with seasonal allergies. It definitely works, have had acupuncture every year for years. Usually just one treatment at the beginning of May (I am in the UK)

  • @acovert8241

? Can the Feds go after Buster to claw back $75,000 that Alex gave Maggie?

  • @tamararutland-mills9530

What slimy crooks! Just think of the multi millions they weaseled out of orphans and invalids. I wouldn’t doubt that Alex came up a little bit short & whacked Gloria Satterfield as well.

  • @JaniceShavers

I don’t know why Corey doesn’t want to go to state prison, his best friend is already there.

  • @aquas9525

Unbelievable how much they got away with for so long.

  • @calmkitty2

I think it is just hilarious and karma that women brought down the Good Ole Boys Club. More need to go down. Corruption all over.

  • @calmkitty2

Too many people in Sc prisons would kill him.

  • @calmkitty2

Flemming is getting off easy. Therebare more people in olved that just 3 people. More heads need to role.

  • @ConchShell92

I see Alex Murdaugh like Jeffery MacDonald. The Green Beret Doc convicted of murdering his family way back in 70’s on Fed property. He’s refuses to admit guilt, keeps trying to get a new trial, and keeps sues anyone who looks at him. Sound familiar? The entire Murdaugh family will be a Jeffery MacDonald

  • @ConchShell92

There is a judge 2 banks and the law firms…. And other lawyers and bankers. CF was deep inside AM’s criminal activities…..

  • @ConchShell92

Chad W at PSB was PR for GS?

  • @patevans3709

Fleming will be incarcerated in the Federal Corrections Institute in Butner, North Carolina (near Durham, NC). This is where Bernie Madoff resided for the last 12 years of his life, dying of kidney failure at age 82. His original Ponzi scheme involved $20 BILLION in client cash losses, and $65 billion in paper losses. He continued to con others even while incarcerated! The Federal Bureau of Prisons exclusively sells Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix in its prison commissary. Prisoners usually have access to the commissary/canteen weekly or monthly, depending on the prison and the prisoner's status. Hot cocoa is a favorite drink/snack item. Madoff "made a deal" with the commissary administrator to purchase ALL the Swiss Miss cocoa mix every time it was delivered, so other prisoners did not have access to it. Madoff then "sold" it to inmates at HIS price–during their recreation time and others. It used to be that cigarettes were the primary barter/bribery tool in prison. Now that tobacco products are banned in Federal–and most local, county, and state jails–prisons, Ramen Noodle Cups (60 cents in the commissary) and Swiss Miss packets are the primary bribery/barter tools in federal and state facilities.

  • @kathiehoss3926

Feds can protect him from "the good ole boys" if he doesn't go to State Penitentiary..especially if he snitched

  • @Socksrule3032

Where did Emily get the art that is to the left of her head? Love it!

  • @kevinstrother8712

I have a question for you. Do you know anything about the Shark Tank case involving Daymond John.

  • @thegiftheart4540

I made the mistake of watching the Netflix documentary on Murdaugh. I cannot find any sympathy for any member of that family, only their long string of victims.

  • @karinlester3066

Thank you for explaining that AM would go to a different type of Federal prison if he is moved to one. I hadn’t heard that information yet!

  • @Lore3440

Why would they make a plea deal with this guy when they already have everyone else by the nads? Would #4 of the plea deal where it states he would have to provide full, complete and truthful info to all law enforcement agencies regarding ALL criminal activities about which he has knowledge..would that only apply to this case or does that mean he has agreed to cooperate regarding other criminal activities involving other people outside of this case? I don't get why they would offer him a deal if others involved with these schemes are already in jail or about to be sentenced.

  • @ThePinkHanger

Where is all this money going? Like is it going to his mortgage, boat, etc. i want bank records lol

  • @moonglow630

What’s the point in wasting the $$?? He’s never getting out of prison.

  • @AllHailKorrok

Question: Do the dozens of pending charges affect an appeal on the murder charges? Even if they technically don't, I wonder about the appeal being kind of unofficially blown off since he'll be in prison forever regardless.

  • @joannegrieco8523

Not only was she a minor but was in a horrible family situation after the loss of Mom, worked, took in younger sister and Russell wouldn't give her even $25,000 a year that she needed to care for herself and sister while going to school and working but both Russell and Alex stole/borrowed money from both girls accounts to enrich themselves and she was entitled to that amount of money per year by law yet it was kept from both of them until the sh!t hit the fan with Alex Murdaugh

  • @joannegrieco8523

They would use Judge Mullen to get away with a lot and I don't understand why she's not being looked at too

  • @brandymangrum3722

Getting close to one million Lawnerds! đź’śđź’śđź’ś
