She says she taught them stranger danger, and then she hops in his van with all of her kids. Not the greatest example. I don’t think the mom was naive. She was a hustler, she was used to getting what she wanted from men, at the strip club. She thought she was going to get free stuff from this man, and her daughter paid the price for it. R.I.P. cherish 🙏🏻

It is not my place to judge this mother. I don’t think she wanted anything to happen to her daughter. She has to live with this for the rest of her life. My heart breaks for this little girl and those that loved her. I actually blame the legal system for continuing to let this guy back out on the street, because he is absolutely sick and disgusting.

This is one of the most heart breaking cases i have listened to out of thousands… I feel so sorry for her family. Im so upset and distressed of how trusting the mother was of this man especially with the lure of money and a white van, its just negligent. Letting him take her to the dressing room and the high heels then after all that letting her out of her sight late at night as the store was close to close… Im trying to be understanding as nobody can put themselves in her situation but this is so heartbreaking. 😢 I hope that little girl has some peace and all the love to the family…

He is not "crazy"! He knows exactly what he is doing. Major manipulator with his mother and enjoys that. He is a twisted sicko thro and thro and narcissistic. Child's mother also has issues and pattern of bad behaviors for parenting or to provide safety for children. Court failed the biological father. The outcome for this child could have been different if the court made the right choice favoring father and also not have let this monster out to roam round looking for his preys.. wtf! What is wrong with these systems. Forgiveness.. perpetrator's family having relationship with him..really..I would place my efforts elsewhere and do the right thing..let him rot. What he did to Cherish is not forgivable..no ifs or buts. 100% unforgivable in all aspects of the term!

You set the example that he was not a stranger anymore. What kind of victim blaming bullshh is this, when you're the one who brought that man into your life and failed to protect her from him. The road to hell is paved with " good intentions" she gets no pass.
And all for what?, so you could save 40 bucks and use that 40 bucks to buy more tweak? if you had the $150 gift card you wouldn't have to use the money that the dad gave you for her right??
So that $40 would have been yours and then you could have gone and got high probably already were high thats why . yeah I said it. Poor baby girl, so sorry you were born into that life😢

I dont care what else is going on, at the end of the day, the mother is 100% at fault. Who the hell lets their child walk out of the store with someone you just met? Who gets in a van with their kids and a stranger? Who lets a stranger go to dressing room with child? The mother should face charges. She should never have been able to reproduce. I think her first kid is lucky that her worthless mother left her. Kid is better off.

The ONLY thing a helpless child has to protect them at their young age is their parent. That means you have to engage your brain and think MORE than the average person because you have other lives depending on you. Raiin sounds like she's on drugs. Also. she totally abandoned her first child claiming she did not want any children and wanted to be "free" then she goes and has 2 more kids, why??? Her lovely little girl was brutalized by that monster, I remember this case, she had to spend her last moments of life in pain, being savagely attacked and raped, and no one came to save her. That mother forfeited her right to ever have a child long ago. She was not just vulnerable she was selfish and stupid. This isn't 1800s where women were uneducated and totally dependent on others. Why would a mother let her little daughter even go to the dressing room with an old guy that is sick. I hate the way she kept saying she had a feeling about the guy, over and over but she completely ignored her instinct. I feel sorry for the bio father it seems like he wanted to take care and protect his daughter. He knew that mother was incompetent, sadly he didn't get the opportunity to be a good father. Sick, everyone failed the child and failed to keep this monster off the streets. All those courts and doctors that allowed him to leave, sick.

This mother clearly looks like she's been on drugs most of her life. Her lack of action after failing to protect her child and rambling on with minimal urgency to 911 is what makes her a POS. They could have saved her had she acted immediately had police and dispatchers done their damn job. She was given $$ to shop for her… i would bet my left tit that He offered her drugs Instead…the only logical explanation why she would risk her and her children's lives, still allow him to drive you after getting hostile…THEN letting your little girl outeof your site while he is out of your sight. She fckd up more than one little mistake…I wouldn't be surprised if she traded her kid for drugs and put on this entire act. Regardless of the mom making the absolute worst decisions, this man should not have been out of jail considering how many young girls he had already assaulted. I don't understand it at all. However, let someone rob a bank or buy/sell drugs and they will put you in jail and throw away the key. No way should he have been in and out of jail so many times. How many times is too many ya know? He was going to snatch a child anyway and That's not excusing the Mom because I mean what the ?
