Thank you for posting this. Gives great insight to the jury selection process. Must say, I would have excused myself from the jury before enduring that whole defense lawyer babble. Also, anyone who "apologizes in advance" does not comprehend what an apology is. Thank Dog I knew the outcome of the trial before I watched this selection process or I would have fretted.

What a waste of Adelson $ 😂 this guy didn’t even participate in the trial. He is highly overrated as a so called jury consultant. He even tried to “trip up” the jurors. (IMO) He must have made some of them feel uncomfortable. I hope the family wastes more $ on him. He comes off as if he mistrusted everyone who was a potential juror. Not a good move on the part of the defense. Thankfully.

It just goes to show you that even after hiring a million dollar jury consultant that the facts are still the facts and he was still found guilty on the facts of the case against him by a jury of his peers. In other words, your money can’t always buy you freedom when you have intentionally taken away the freedom of another person.

Audio for jurors is terrible… I cannot make it anything they are saying yet when attorneys and judge do "side bar" and whispering😊 I can hear everything clearly. They needed to get those hours microphones as this is a long drawn out process. Dubin is extremely boring.

Nothing against Judge Everett, but can you imagine how Judges Wheeler and (especially) Hankerson would have reacted to that nasty pre-emptive move by Dubin against prosecution evidence with that funeral question?

the judge, obviously a very educated, intelligent and with the outward appearance of class is totally apparent, if only he would PLEASE learn to either turn off his mic or mute it while snorting back a big snot ball is absolutely repulsive and shows total lack of respect of anyone near him,so nasty!!

I’ve followed this. The court absolutely provided a fair trial for Charlie. Georgia did a great job. Defense had a crappy set of facts. The defense theory was a joke.
