What do I think? Well, first I think his lawyer needs to go back to school to learn I don't know, etiquette? Or just maybe a class on how to speak professionally? She's in court speaking on record to a judge saying you know and right? Like she's talking to her BFF. It sounds bad. And if she's saying that the victim was partially responsible for her own death because she was taking her husband out of the hospital against medical advice but then emphasizes the fact that the final time he was released from the hospital, the doctor's released him. So which is it? Did she do a bad thing or did she not do anything at all the doctors did? I mean I do believe that sometimes it actually is an issue of severe mental health but I also believe that a lot of times is bullshit. And they don't want to make excuses but they're going to make excuses. I was always told excuses are like assholes, everybody has one. And in some cases they just are one. No I don't agree with the new sentencing. Not that it really matters, because if he had had the 28 years, chances are he would only serve at most half. Because we seem to think if they behave themselves in prison then they deserve less time. But see they were convicted on not behaving themselves in society. So you're going to put them in a cage for a few years and say oh well see they can be good and then let them back out into society where, obviously, they couldn't behave themselves. It's insane. More insane that I think he ever was

The ones who love you the most so so sad 😞 Fifteen years isn’t a harsh sentence at all but mental health if treated possibly he can be the man his wife thought and wanted him to be . Thanks Ladybug
