I knew Nikki growing up
@CJ-un5xu
There is already laws about car use and you have to be licensed to have one. Your comparison to guns makes no actual sense.
@castellariclan
She also dated my brother. I hope this incident will finally allow her to turn her life around. My brother also died after living the drug and alcohol lifestyle they shared together. Two dead exes should be an eye opener.

Could her and her family blame the victim any more? Its a good thing the judge had a sentence in mind before hand. Cuz if u ask her it was HIS fault THEY got high, HIS fault he got out of the car, HIS fault she didn't stop when she knew he was following beside the car. Thats crazy. A accident absolutely but they both made poor choices which should NOT have led up to those results and I am a friend of both victim and defendant. Terrible tragedy for both of them.

I'm curious. Does anyone know the victim ? Anyone live in Tallahassee, currently?
@Adallace
I don't think most people realize the amount of prison time they can get from "accidentally" killing someone.
You push or punch someone outside the bar and they happen to hit their head on the ground and die? Say goodbye to freedom.

Well said man.

Pointless court video!

Uber or Lyft or a taxi….all will drive you and wait for you to buy drugs. There is ABSOLUTELY no excuse to drive drunk or high. Deepest condolences to all who love the young man.
@6AlphaMikeCharlie9
Mentour Lawyer how high is that sentence on the DUI Manslaughter scale
@6AlphaMikeCharlie9
prison is the best rehab if you accept it
@6AlphaMikeCharlie9
what her sister said was rubbish
@6AlphaMikeCharlie9
the sentence was to low
@ericpetersen8155
No sympathy for impaired drivers.
@nettejohnson7492
Nikoleta Koikos was 37 and old enough to know not to drive whilst intOXicated!!! To blame the victim who was run over and murdered by his gf for his drug use is patheTIC and only the enTITled would dare make such a claim in CoUrT! Shame on HER and HER enTITled FAMILY of fools with $…
@michaelwilton4545
Wow! Nikki's family appears to be enabling her bad behaviour by giving making excuses for her in order to have her believe she is not responsible. Gross.
@curciowest
Stop, stop, stop. Judge, you're going to need speak up and into the microphone!
@OtherSide..
Love the quality of your videos
@headron66
Tragic accident? No you intentionally drove drunk. That’s no accident. She also talks about how SHE feels!!
@cityjuice6854
I don't give a shit what kind of family she comes from.. or what race she is.. she needs jail and a lot of it.
@beentheredoneization
Life sure can change in a blink for the worse and it's almost always the result of making a poor choice or bad decision. This young woman made a series of bad decisions from the day she picked up the victim from prison.
@wookiwoo8726
What a lame statement she made. I'd add 5 more years to her sentence for a statement like that🙄
@wookiwoo8726
Dang ! I missed your live.
@liedenier
Only "gun-violence". How about automobile-violence, knife-violence, fist-violence, etc.
@topcop4998
Watching replay….missed you by 40 seconds 😎💙🐾🐾
