My opinion on what Donna says about Wendi, after she reads Wendi's text where Wendi says she was not involved in the murder, Donna says: "I didn't say she was" (meaning, I did not say she was involved in the murder)

yours was 1st one I listened back then which got me hooked, Wish we knew who was there with Donna and Harvey but I think Donna was being careful. But whomever it is seems to be aware of them leaving the country. There is a lot in her interview that points to guilt. ignore the nay sayers they are entitled to their opinion

I didn't follow this case as closely as other true crime cases. These people are unreal. This is what happens when you have entitlement, money, narrsasism = sloppy murder. This lady hated Dan more than she loves her grandkids. How the hell do you hurt or kill the father of your kids, grandkids etc. How do you hate someone so much to do this. In what reality is this even a choice? They threw away what could have been a beautiful life for everyone. If anyone thinks Wendi is innocent or different from her family is grossly mislead . She learned from the best and is a younger version of her mother and a female version of her brother. These is no way that this chick didn't know. She fattened the goose and had them eating out of her hand. Donna got a dose of her own medicine and was duped by her mini me. They were so far up their own azzes that they couldn't see how this could backfire and it never once crossed their minds that they couldn get cought . Even now after the trial and all the evidence was laid out and it was so obviously that they were involved do they continue to play victim. It is satisfying watching them being held accountable. For them to achieve such success in their careers they had to exercise discipline and logic ect that's what makes them so ruthless and dangerous.

😮The sound of your microphone was and is perfect at 40 minutes and the entire video. Around 43 minutes you said around the bump the exchanges were between CA/DA/KM however in one of these calls on Fanci Fiction videos CA said They should be looking at W he was refering to the FBI. Harvey said in one of these calls Charlie I love you so much If you love your son so much why did you encourage CA to do murder for hire on Dan Markel?

Wendi’t text is staged (by Wendi). For years she hasn’t texted or emailed and now all of a sudden she is sending a lengthy text to her mother, to proclaim her innocence. That woman (Wendi) is beyond evil.
It’s sad to think that she may get away with instigating the murder of her husband.

3:58:52 I think there is a spectrum regarding level of concern and restrictions in isolation for self harm. Charlie was under automatic due to his sentence, not due to things he had said. Donna shows impulsive behaviors that make her risk higher, and in her own words she had a specific plan for self harm, spoke of herself in past tense etc. so more restrictions for Donna vs Charlie

I heard Donna say “didn’t say she was” but that does not mean that Donna is saying she wasn’t involved- she’s just saying basically – I didn’t “say” you were as in I never mentioned that in what I said to you – since Wendi made it a point in her text to say she wasn’t.
