As a meticulous crime investigator with an eye for detail, I carefully reviewed the transcript of the interrogation. The suspect’s alibi seemed shaky, with inconsistencies in their story that raised suspicions. Additionally, forensic evidence found at the crime scene pointed towards the suspect’s involvement. This type of crime, a burglary gone wrong, often involves desperate individuals taking unnecessary risks that lead to tragic consequences. My thorough examination of the evidence will surely lead to the truth being uncovered and justice being served.

Annie is the one of influential crime hosts❤❤❤

I think a lot of parents fail to talk to their children about consequences that are out the parents control. Like if they do something very bad like let’s say steal. The store won’t call mom and dad.. they will call the police. I find many parents just say oh jail is for bad people that do bad things. They don’t really explain how and why you get there. I really feel schools should also had a 10-15min “class” to explain all the laws and consequences when they are broken. Idk that’s just me

  • @CuntillaDeville

I bet it was “The Disturbing Truth “ channel!!! He ended up selling the channel to Law & Crime Network. He’s Mr Creepy Pasta now. The family went after him and he did not care! He even made a Change petition to help keep the case in the adult court system. He’s an awesome creator & isn’t scared to put these people & these horrid cases on blast.

  • @robslocum3479

Are you doing an update on this?!

  • @Doadab13

14 and under shouldn’t be tried as an adult. They just aren’t. Their brain isn’t fully functional yet. And parenting today almost dose not exist. 15 to 21 should get lighter Sentencing unless they act a fool in prison.

  • @denisewilson8367

Its the end of September , do you have an update?

  • @user-hi3xr6rq3y

    S.A. means sexually assault.

  • @elliotrodger919

Unfortunately, it's not up to u to decide who's gone. That's up to the person who committed this act and his kin. Ofc you'd decide he's gone and deserves suffering but everyone deserves a 2nd chance, right. Or are we all hypocrites, now. He made a mistake and his family believes in rehabilitation. Why can't you?

  • @janearmstrong1966

    That family has serious demons

  • @ericapaul7989

haha! shout out to mr black!! Saw that vid long ago and the attorney's reaction and lack of general knowledge still make me laugh!! if he was so 'concerned' why wouldnt he have watched the video before going to court?! He could have at least saved himself looking stupid to over a million people! lol i hope the inmates take care of that 14 yr old boy.

  • @ScottNapolitan

0:20 I think she meant Carson Peters Berger.

  • @helenemoussally8325

You are correct to say there's no helping him. Rehabilitation is impossible for psychopaths!! When we look at it in terms of his age, it's difficult to wrap our heads around it. However, we're not talking about a "normal" person, but rather, a psychopath.

  • @katyoreilly9556

I worked at a video store where the 14 year old and his father would come in everyday and rent movies. I never ever got the vibe that his father, Adam, was a creep, when I first saw this horrific story, my heart stopped. How you can be blindsided on who you think someone really is still ties a knot in my gut. The kid needs prison, hell death sentence even.

  • @leemall8099

I love Mr. Black for doing this.

  • @jessicajohnson2086

Listening to the court proceedings about whoever leaked a video on the case they spent more time talking about that than the actual victim. I will say it again and again and again, but criminals have more rights than victims and at some point it needs to stop.!!

  • @dorcamercado4608

It doesn't surprise me that family could do this…. because they are the ones with the closest to an easy opportunity tio commit a viscious crime!

  • @TMTgirl

Someone's personality and accomplishments before a horrific crime MEAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

It's only about the crime, not what he was like before it.

  • @amandalove2657

"He's a kind, caring, giving person" No kid his age is all those things and then turns around murdering someone. Not just murder but SA them as well. Especially someone in their family! This kid obviously had issues that weren't noticed or taken seriously. Children who SA someone, they do it because it was done to them.

  • @chickie1228able

Im sorry im a mother of 2 i do not feel sympathetic he commited murder to a little girl his family he needs locked up he can get help there he would do it again if u can plan and complete an adult act then u can pay the price as an adult this makes me sick

  • @trishachapman8023

This boy has done a big boy crime and now it's time for him to get big boy consequences I feel sorry for this family but this little man did the crime and didn't care about the real victim here Lily Peters let's not forget what this ten year old went through with her cousin I'm sorry but he deserves what he gets

  • @jarrodlespreance8518

Mr Black of the TCN did nothing wrong and did not leak anything. His cartoon redraw is simply an alteration of the eyes blinking, smirk, etc. Go watch his rebuttal. He made a video bitching that guy's bs.

  • @jovalove

So grandma's ok w him being a sex offending necrophile? Like that doesn't have anything to do w his character? Esp as a women? I bet she's part of the reason this kid thought he was entitled to Lilly's body as a play thing

  • @TheNotoriousSAJ75

You’re 100% right, it hits you as being a mother. These kids need a mother like you and this would never happen!

  • @bridgettevonda6146

Child or not if you kill another child or person you should be charge as an adult. It’s not right that he killed his little cousin and had it plan what is wrong with him. Rest in peace Lilly Peterson

  • @BrianaBudgets

I understand that some people go through things that are incomprehensible but that does not and will never excuse actions like his. And for the family to defend him killing their own family member and SA her body?? Just sickening. In my opinion, if you want to do adult crimes then you need to be tried as an adult. He knew right from wrong. It’s not like he stole a candy bar from a convenience store. He clearly has something very very wrong with him upstairs.

  • @pandapaws6174

This isn't a kid lead astray by others….this was his own idea and choice. He wanted to do this

  • @butterbeanqueen8148

His grandmother’s letter sounds so much like Michelle Duggar’s letter to the court regarding Josh Duggar. Such enabling is just disgusting.

  • @jeannettethompson8756

This is really hard to word correctly but some of this hits home. I have a cousin who was so sweet when he was young , but his dad was in jail for drugs and gang like behavior. By the time my cousin was 14 he was acting tough doing drugs and representing his dad. It was heartbreaking to watch. It's like it was the only way to bond and feel close. This case feels familiar to that. Dad is in jail for child porn so son ups him with a bigger crime to prove they're close alike his dad will except him. It's hard as a family to watch and even harder to turn around. My cousin is now almost 21 and when he can buy alcohol we fear where his life will go.i hope this boy can be rehabilitated and find some kind of productive life. Praying for the family and the poor little girl to have peace. Life choices really do effect people in your life sometimes for years to come.

  • @S.S.web4003

I get sad when I kill ants. I think, oh it was just busy working and minding it's own business. To the point I avoid killing them. I can't stand the thought of anything suffering. To have it within You to kill a human being, there's something deeply wrong. I say throw away the key. Yes it's sad if this teen was also a victim. However the damage is already done, and he crossed an uncrossable line. I don't think there's any going back. Sadly.

  • @jenni-Poo

It makes me wonder if Lily was abused by the Uncle in jail and the cousin blames her and that’s his reason for doing this inexcusable crime. There is no way I could defend a family member for doing that to another family member. That being said, the boy does need help, but punishment also. I just can’t believe he’s that devious without grooming from his Dad.

  • @KatieNiicolee

I need to see this "leaked" evidence… Anyon have the link?
