People have bought wine coolers for decades knowing that they are a lesser alcohol content. So they couldn't count as real cocktails people buying them for teen parties. Thinking the kids are more innocent, the kids can't get drunk. kids get just as drunk and driving should be stopped FOR ANYONE DRNKING;. Parents or barely legal 20's something never know they can get drunk, drive and kill thinking they aren't causing their friends life-altering choices. This can be a possible charge of getting underage kids party of driving drunk. It is truly heartbreaking to tell a 17 yr old demanding you help their friend who was ejected thru a windshield and was beyond human help, only to hear I wasn't-drinking i only had like 5 coolers, then watch him/her cuffed and officer ride with us to be available for arresting when stabilized. Parents called by ER or police station once booked.

I live in Canada so I don’t know if it’s weird or not but when I worked at a grocery/liquor store in a small town if anyone wanted anything specific they’d specifically ask for it (ex. tequila margarita drinks or premix) and I’d help them find the one with tequila in it otherwise people just bought whatever lol. If they bought the non-alcohol margarita mix I’d ask if they wanted alcohol to mix it with and they’d grab whatever they’d like wether it be vodka or tequila so I really don’t think it’s that big of a deal that it doesn’t have tequila in it also there’s a lot of hard seltzers that are just flavoured like the thing and not actually the thing (ex. margarita flavoured). Also I love you hair!!

I'm sorry but Margarita is also a recognized flavor without tequila – My husband loves margarita Jelly belly jellybeans and we never thought they had tequila in them. We also buy Cayman Jack Margarita at the grocery store, not sure what is the alcohol but I am sure its not tequila.
