He seems believable where as his sister did not. I think the prosecutor has done better. I think the family is responsible for his death. As a juror Im not sure how I would vote. I guess it would depend on how the instructions are written.

Oh the dramatics when he got off the stand 😂putting his head down and then when he comes up he looks so distraught. He’s trying so hard to make this jury feel sorry for him. He’s faking and he’s a master manipulator. That was funny to watch 😂

Georgia did a great job, but could have been better. She should have re-iterated how ridiculous it is to try to get anyone to believe any Latin King is putting anyone on a payment plan. He's called the police over petty and major stuff multiple times in the past but not when his life is threatened for over a quarter million dollars. He insinuates it's easy to get out of an extortion by having LE set up the extortionist in a 2016 conversation, yet supposedly is being extorted for years.

O.k so it goes down this way. Guilty = they go in and arrest Donna. Hung = Arrest Donna do a trial with them both side by side. Not Guilty = They got away with a hit job. Unless the Latin King Gang come after them = they didn't get away with ALL of this.

So street / prison gangs now accept payment plans when they extort people? What interest rate do thy offer? Who sets up the amortization schedule? Is there a balloon payment for early payoff? And do they offer refinancing in hopes of getting a better interest rate?
