Could you please make a video about former President Juan Orlando Hernández from Honduras and who is facing charges that he trafficked drugs.

I get what you’re saying about Heard Bredehoft but I feel the biggest win for Johnny Depp is the truth !

Joined as a member to watch the part 1 members only stream and I don’t see it anywhere. Those streams don’t have info to make it searchable. I’m so bummed.

It is so fun to go back n forth between the trial and this video explaining the side bars… to watch you get so mad during the trial, especially when Elaine is examining Amber the day they kept going up to the bench about hear say with ambers ex assistant..poor Emily is dropping the fuck bomb over and over.. it’s so fun to compare videos..!

A ton of court reporters now do the mouth reporting with writing
@SamStadnyk-nt8ng
Where are parts 1&2 😅
@hazelangus
I've looked at the Rocky Brooks thing, btw. It was part of the UK case too.
Both of these people used each other as evidence, or tried to. Rocky Brooks said that Depp punched him, and contended that Depp was obviously violent – had a history of violence – because Amber Heard had accused him of violence.
Amber Heard said Depp abused her in the most horrific ways imaginable, and contended that obviously Depp was violent – had a history of violence – because Rocky Brooks had accused him of violence.
In December 2018, a court in California (Stanley Mosk), had a proceeding for an Order to Show Cause and possible sanctions because Books' attorney had failed to appear for something. When was Heard's op-ed, October 2018?
I just thought that was interesting.
@hazelangus
Ms Bredehoft has a very selective briefing ability in terms of providing the briefs to the Court. I mean obviously she does, because she's a weasel.
However, Ms Bredehoft briefed the Court to warn Judge A that she was going to be annoying the crap out of everybody with what she referred to as significant hearsay exceptions.
So, why didn't Ms Bredehoft also brief the Court regarding the Justice League/Aquaman contract, and her contention that the contract was not hearsay? She claimed that she had a brief on it. Why didn't she give it to Judge A?
@melaniemarino7219
Amber attorney should have only said objection side bar not make a statement in front of jury
@melaniemarino7219
Also the picture was edited
@kaylaromero3716
Emily made such a good point. I wonder if Amber would have said that by the time the TV show was edited and finally aired. She was confident that she would have made the full payment by then. Then came some bad price and she wasn’t getting that much work so she got worried and held off. 🤔🤔
@lalabrady2767
turn up the volume at 2:04:19 there is a faint voice it sounds like a female said “I was totally lying”.
@alexisasheep6554
This entire trial is better than most trash tv, most especially the sidebars. Not only the audacity but the struggling single braincell trying to do it's job and most of the time entering another plane of existence.
@mugs061
I used to work at Lowe’s and they have them. They are not as expensive but, go time to get them after Christmas when they are on sale
@barbarasparling6181
Did any of Amber’s legal team understand any of how law works-I mean there’s a group of them. No one understood what would be allowed in what order, etc….

Jump Back! I have never been part of a ping before, no disrespect but I did had to go back to the smaller the screen for a second flashing lights = seizures. I am fine and so proud to be a part of the celebration of the ping.
@tamsexton3333
Holy crap, Emily, I just went to full screen and saw you have cut your hair! Hell I had to come back to tell you how good it looks.. I am a bit behind.
@tamsexton3333
Hi Emily & chat, hope everybody is good. I think I am going to like this stream, you just seem so excited. Stay safe.
@ihave7631
Elaine didn’t just need it lined out, she needed a script to read from.
@poisonproductionzz
Elaine is the gift that keeps on giving.
@TheWrathfulProser
Hi Emily! Do you think the reason Elaine did so poorly (besides not being a 'skilled' trial lawyer) is that she is not even a criminal defense attorney? This has been a huge question for me after all this time. Why would Amber choose this law firm if this is not even but they do? Or maybe did I miss something on the website? It just seems like…a terrible idea for a lawyer to break out as a criminal defense attorney in this type of trial lol. I really can't think of another reason besides obviously the money and free advertisement for your services. But I would think you would at least put criminal defense attorney or something on your website?!
@hazelangus
Dr Spiegel, whose surname rather beautifully means "mirror" in both German and (I'm told) Dutch, provided a perfectly mirrored testimony here. It's difficult to know which was Team Heard's biggest own goal because they scored multiple times against themselves, but this one was pretty epic.
@hazelangus
Do you honestly think Rottenborn could have kept control of the case though, if it had been him and Amber rather than Bredehoft? Amber's a seriously loose cannon, very self-destructive and she had a way she wanted this to go. I'd wager trying to do anything in collaboration with her would be like trying a handle a forest fire.
@cmeblu75
Hey Emily I became a member but still can’t find part 1 of the sidebars when Dr. Hughes was reading her notes and gossiping to the jury!!!
@BetteLouWho
Is Bredehoft really a lawyer? Elaine is irrational, sneaky and unprofessional.
She's wilfully mendacious!
When trying to be devious she's way too dumb to pull it off.
Elaine constantly makes herself ridiculous.
@bobbicatt
I love that your covering these sidebars , it really gives an inside look at how the process works. I have even more respect for Judge Penny dealing with Elaine’s Tomfoolery.
@mandolyn
This is too much with Heard and Elaine, this was the plan the whole time. They knew they didnt have evidence and if they lost they were always going to say Amber was being victimized. Amber Heard is one messed up cookie.
@mr_rn6549
Amber threatemed to sue johnny right before he sued her.

There is a great podcast called “Bardstown” and the first season is about Crystal Rogers and the other unsolved cases. It’s done by an investigative reporter based in Louisville.
