I don't like Paltrow, but I watched parts of the trial and I can't bring myself to NOT believe her. She is innocent for sure

ADHD here as well. Regarding the outlets: that would be great to have them everywhere, but in my experience when the device is not plugged into its standard spot, it effectively disappears from existence. Have gone whole days without my phone when it was plugged in somewhere more "convenient". πŸ˜‚πŸ

Bought my first Dave Matthew Album in 2001 after meeting an American Hockey player. I was hooked on the dude and "Everyday." Well, unfortunately, he just stayed for a year but Dave Matthews Band became a lifelong relationship. AND darn it. We don't have those Colorado laws in Norway. 🀘From a fellow ADHDGlobusheadWith10000RadiostationsignalsOnAtOnce. I was wondering about using a #. Wops, I did. Hashtag long rambling sentence.

If they reminded people to be hydrated, that woman wouldn't be dead? Huh?

  • @liaxavios9476

  • @AC-nv9uu

I have to agree with you EDB. If you want me to believe that it really was just a horrific accident or a series of terrible events, then you need to explain how and why there were live rounds and how a live round got switched in for the blank. Because if you can’t track the chain of evidence (choosing that descriptor for lack of accurate representation of events), then how do you prove accident or straight negligence instead of intention to do harm. (Not saying they intended harm or that it wasn’t an accident, but what I think and what evidence and testimony can prove aren’t always the same thing unfortunately).

Your reaction to the superchat at 01:02:27 was everything I needed to hear and just at the right time! I'm working on a couple of novels right now (my brain refuses to focus on just one for some reason) and struggling. Hearing the support and excitement for a fellow law nerd who's writing a book broke me in the best possible way. I know it wasn't directed specifically at me, but thank you for the encouragement to keep going, even when it's hard.

Replay crew here. Love listening to your expertise and love of law, plus all the f-ery.

So actually, you can train a horse to shoot off of. And yes, using a gun. Many western states allow hunting on horse back. Also, in many states, packers and trail riders carry a side arm for the purpose of self defense regarding predators. Horses/mules/donkey are often trained to pack out animals which tend to also lure the predators out. There really isn't a worse feeling than knowing you are being stalked by a mountain lion while on horse back. I have trained one of my own horses to be shot off of and my step dad trained the other.

Absolutely, should not happen on a movie set in this day and age but there are real life applications where this is actually for the safety of everyone to desensitize horses to fire arms.

Having sat on jury service in the Old Bailey, I can’t imagine not talking to fellow jurors about the case until deliberations! That must be incredibly difficult and frustrating!

  • @gloriaratcliffeszawlowski4797

Wow so someone just walked up and put a bullet in the gun? I also thought they had a mixup in the prop house. Yes. That’s suss. Any read this and he got a revenge vibe over Hannah. They wanted to test her… allegedly

  • @gloriaratcliffeszawlowski4797

That’s the problem with the rust case, they are only focused on who pulled the trigger and what happened in the church, when it feels like they should have also investigated who brought live rounds on the set? And or who put them in the gun? Or the room that holds the bullets? Like how did it get that far? Exactly. I agree, who brought the bullets ?

  • @gloriaratcliffeszawlowski4797

I think it’s totally wild that they also still want to film this film? Is it that important? A woman died… it’s very odd.

  • @Galanty

The Assistant Director is in charge of the set. He should also be prosecuted. It is wrong to not apply some blame to the AD. The 60 min. Story showed him not taking charge of the set or safety on the set. This shows the state is going for headlines and not justice. It is bad precident for all production sets!

  • @shadish124

Agreed…the law nerds/chat are some of the most literate, witty, compassionate & open group I’ve never met.

  • @randyw4984

Did anyone else think the attorneys in the Paltrow case were a little Ally Mc Beal esk ??? GP's attorney. The woman for the plaintiff…they were a little different.

  • @joannegrieco8523

That's what I said as a woman who worked in the medical field and I totally got crap from someone. It's weird that people hate more then listen

  • @joannegrieco8523

    This jury was spot on
