In the beginning I couldn't stand Owens, but now I find it kind of…endearing. He has some traits that come off as rude and obnoxious, but I don't think he can help it. I think that's why he has an agreement with his team to let him know when he oversteps or comes off in a different way than he intends to, and he immediately listens to them. When he's honest about it in a joking way, it may come off as weird in court, but I think it's kind of like when we joke about time blindness and neuro-spiciness (not diagnosing him!).

I believe what changed for him was he became addicted to pain pills. He admitted to one "accidental" overdose. I believe thats the reason for his behavior and I believe he honestly doesn't realize it.

He's being nice by not saying they didn't get the 2009 imaging on purpose,all they had to do was make the patient bring in his disc and the prior findings, it's a phone call away if you can't get them sent to you directly

Every Neurologist and Specialist for that matter has Always required me to bring in my imaging as an epileptic who's had a non catastrophic stroke and as a Woman with severe degenerative disc disease because they Need to see them. When I was allowed to work and I was an RMA and x-ray tech I was the one getting the patient's past information including imaging which is put on a disc plus the past findings if it was a new doctor, if I couldn't get them myself I had to get the patient or the patient's parent , I worked at Nemours children's hospital for a while, to bring them in. I don't understand why the Plaintiffs Doctors didn't do this other then to hopefully confuse the jury and help this Doctor Terry get a butt load of money. Doctors treat other Doctors special, I've seen it almost every place I've worked. Just my opinion
