I will always have faith in juries… I have a lack of faith in the rest of the justice system and thus the information they are often presented with…. Also juries need to be larger and paid better.

I have a theory. I came up with this after listening to the audio that allegedly came from the ring camera from the house next door, 1112. Maybe, they were already in the house, waiting for them all to come home? It was end of football season, so the whole town would be expected to be in party mode… so a big stash of narcotics was placed there ahead of time. You don’t want to be carting stuff in when LE are expected to be out in force that night. So, when drug dealer bf and Emma turn up and realise their stash is gone, they start questioning the housemates who were there. DM and BF have already been interrogated, they still can’t find the stash, and those girls possibly tell them they have to ask MM or XK… so the dealers weapon up, and wait. Once they were all home, drug dealer bf goes upstairs to confront the girls, angrily asking what happened to his stash, blade in hand, and when not getting the answer he wants, he stabs Maddie first, presumably hastily, after she, possibly glibly, gives him the bad news that his stash went in the bin. Then attacking KG, so as to eliminate the bff witness, probably with a little more ferocity this time, because he has already eliminated the only other threat on that floor plus, by now, his anger (for them making him do this) and possibly his fear (of cartel retribution for debt owed on that stash) is really kicking in fully?? At the same time, Emma is downstairs, in the door to Xana’s room, also with a blade in hand, threatening EC and XK to give back the stash? Without any of them actually realising the full extent of what had happened upstairs…the bf comes down… desperate to get outta there and probably covered in blood, says “E!!” He’s calling her, probably from around the corner towards the kitchen. XK says, “do you want me to come outside?” possibly meaning to show them where the bin is that Maddie put their stash? Then Ethan is standing in XK’s room close to the door and saying, “get the fuck out of here, Emma”…. the bf now screams, “HURRY UP!” He strides over, pushes Emma out the way, slashes Ethan’s throat as he’s screaming which alerts Xana to get up and fight and although he struggles, he’s in full flight by now and there’s no stopping him. Then…. there’s the aftermath. Everyone is in TOTAL SHOCK. He is pacing around in a panic, frenzied, blood everywhere. He starts spouting about it being THEIR fault, and how they brought it on themselves etc. Then he’s threatening all surviving housemates… possibly with cartel retribution etc, so all the girls comply… and then he calls in one of his customer contacts, the criminologist with the Phd who has been circling the area waiting to get on this whole time… if only his dealer could find what happened to his stash? Maybe, this customer had the required weapon in his car and dropped it off to the dealer, who has asked to borrow it? Probably returning the next morning to retrieve it and help clean up the mess??? Thus explaining his DNA on the sheath and all his strange behaviours back in Philly??
OMG… I feel like I could’ve just figured it out!!! That audio really rattled me. I only listened to it for the first time about 4 hours ago. I’m not sure I have all the word parts in the correct order… but i’m sure you will get the gist of what I think I heard. What do y’all think?

I just wanted to email and say how much I really enjoyed the format of the two streams from Thursday's live. I'm in Australia and I usually stay up late to catch the livestream at midnight. I always tell myself I'll just watch a little of it, then go to bed, and finish the rest the next day (I have primary school kids). But I never do! Having the Idaho case livestream with a hard stop enabled me to do that – for which I was glad when I saw how long the third sidebars ep was!
