Well, this is what your tax money gets spent on if you insist on having DP; you get far more pointless motions that have no chance of succeeding, paid by your taxes. Extreme punishment warrant all of the motions and appeals you could possibly imagine. This is why the DP is so much more expensive than people think while the benefit to society for using this punishment is actually very small. Sorry, I'm not one for stirring up drama but this is just one of those things that is so fundamentally wrong that I can't ignore it.

I have four sons and one daughter. When the kids were little, before everything was online, I was having trouble finding my specific hair care product at my local Sally’s. We happened to have a road trip coming up and I said “I’ll try to make stops new Sally’s and see if I can’t find a few tubs left.”
A few days later, I won the jackpot and they had four giant commercial sized tubs!!! I came out so excited, my kids on the tailgate of our truck. I said “I got big jugs!!!” And they all laughed and I was immediately deflated. Lmao

Curious… if grand jury has to be beyond a reasonable doubt then why would you need a second trial/jury? If evidence is beyond a reasonable doubt then they could just eliminate the second jury and instead of issuing an indictment they could just convict. Just my thoughts anyway

The flight loading!! I’m a FA as well!! I ask this VERY QUESTION on the daily! The other thing that we should ask about is WHY don’t FA’s get paid for the hours they work? Did you know that FA’s don’t get paid until the door closes.

They used to load by 2 doors. Years ago. They loaded the back by rear door and front by front door. Then they did assigned seats and with assigned seating they used to load back to front too. Now it goes by group A,B,C. Free for all !
