Interesting Hearings. I've never heard of an outside attorney determining the admissibility of and item. Effectively he is acting as judge with regard to the Walking the dog letter.
I have watched a number of videos on the Kennedy assassination, something we were robbed of learning the truth about. It would have been interesting to defend. I could picture you looking at and saying there wasn't enough to get a conviction on it.
There were numerous conflicting statements. They couldn't even prove Oswald's gun fired the shots at the motorcade. One of the real kickers was the so called "magic bullet " whoever put that idea out ther did irreparable damage to the government's position because it was impossible for a bullet repeatedly enter and leave human bodies and not be deformed. It appears to have been a bad scene all the way around.
