My descent down the legal commentary YouTube rabbit hole begins.

  • @ladyrayylin3268

Sounds to me like this was a heavily sexualized work environment where allllll those details would have been widely accepted EXCEPT for the fact that she was Christian and was virgin. Had she been a sleeze, they would have loved her.

  • @1unlikelyflier

This lawsuit sounds like an “oopsie”

  • @DivineMissIggy

It’s interesting because the dance crew seems to be being treated like nonunion “reality contestants” and less like professional dancers.

  • @morganaannabelllee9506

Yessssssssss i love peter hes definitely my youtube good judy!

  • @leomarilyn4232

She also didn't deny her words and actions

  • @leomarilyn4232

May be because the employment contract was signed and executed in California and they are all residents of the state of California

  • @justherewatching30

they definitely sent it to the media first bc even if lizzo gets this thrown out, her reputation is shot. sure, she'll still have fans and might even sell out her shows, but she's not going to be making as much as before. and she'll hopefully think twice before acting so goddamn entitled. I was definitely in the camp of "it sounds like bitter former employees" and "well that's show buz!" but story after story, it's too much not for most of it to be true.

  • @NativeIrish45

Eating unhealthy is not body positive lol

  • @NativeIrish45

Emily not a Lizzo fan lol 😂

  • @SAKluvsMAKEUP

Athlete's are not allowed to take jobs, that can cause serious injury, that would stop them from playing in the regular season. There are professional athletes who have lost their careers over this. They got seriously injured, could no longer play, and voided their contract.

  • @fifi_le_fleur2010

Lizzo's response saying she would never shame anyone really doesn't fit with her security on stage in Amsterdam incident…. I bet the oopsie Christian was using the other services of the red light district because it wasn't banana's she was interested in 😂😂 oxymoron of a vulgar mind and mouth while also preaching at you.

  • @AMultipolarWorldIsEmerging

People like lizzo often have a deeply classist and authoritarian view that underlies their whole “positivity” message. If someone is constantly singing about how good they feel and how you are special, guess what that’s because they are trying to fight their own deep feelings on insecurity. As a culture it’s a mistake to try to empower people individually rather than deal with why people become obese in the first place because self help doesn’t last

  • @patgal2359

Why do musicians call themselves artists?

  • @courtneyhogan602

    “Faux fellatio” Lmfaoooooo

  • @aliciabrown1466

I’m confused about the bathroom issue. if she was SOOOOOO afraid of asking for a few minutes to PEE…. Why wasn’t she afraid to take the time to change after ? I think going pee takes longer….

  • @geekinmeout

    Not the Margarita song…😂😂😂

  • @RPBSpeaks

All of this is so inappropriate to say the very least. Lizzo created an uncomfortable atmosphere and required everyone to act like her – and that was unfair and harassment. This was a hostile work environment and Lizzo should be held accountable. Hopefully, other people in her position take note and stop/avoid/prevent these situations.

I lived in London and Europe for college as an American I knew damn well coming home the culture here is very conservative contrary to what we think. From experience it ads an abusive layer to what Lizzo did. She abused her power and elitism being able to travel the world to traumatize her American and not experienced to other cultures especially sexual ones and I believe she thinks it’s funny. I believe she’s lost her connection to normal women. I really do.

  • @naufhijazi8980

If you read her lyrics in rumors she talks about it all the lawsuit and the rumors being true and ndas

  • @veronicabaranowski6976

When I was in the military, they would have prayer gatherings before the start of the day after first formation in the morning. If you didn't pray along or stay with the group (For example, walking past the group and going on with your day and making it clear you weren't participating, you would have gotten some MAJOR side eye.) (It didn't help I already struggled to fit and I LOATHE religion being forced on me. I only pretended to go along with it to keep the peace but looking back now I would have just let them pow wow and gone on my way without giving a damn. My happiness is more important, especially the older I get.)

Also, don't shove religion at me. I will be severely tested and want to punch you. Regardless of criminal charges. And no, you do not have permission to pray for me. LEAVE people alone unless they ask about your religion.

  • @Libbathegreat

What's gross about this is that if Lizzo just wanted to enjoy some social time at whatever venue, why not invite friends, other celebs, or others that aren't dependent on her for their livelihood? It seems like she chose to hang out with her employees so she could order them around and make them do stuff they didn't want to do. Feels like a power trip.

  • @girlypopgay

I wouldn’t say an abuser, but ‘people’ will know who did something, but still continue to pester until the person finally admits it.

    And then punishment.

  • @DragonButter32

Sound like grooming and trafficking under the guise of a job to me

  • @eli4delmar

Omg! Just read & stop speculating. An occasional comment or explanation about the law is fine. Ugh, 2 & 1/2 hrs…..

  • @crayzee436

As a professor, a recording accommodation needs approval once not each time. I wonder if it is the same for employment. You get the approval and notification of involved parties once. Then it is assumed every future time that recording could be occurring.

  • @TheCardolan

Would the Depp trial forensic photo-video-audio guy be able to retrieve the deleted audio from that phone I wonder… Neumeister I mean.

  • @kelseybedolli6333

This gives major Ellen Degeneres vibes

  • @HelenaMawie

Thank you, that was extremely interesting. I personally find it completely fair that the dancers use media bc lizzo will do the same and it's not easy to be heard and not silenced in this situation.

  • @Heirllionaire

    SHES HAVING FRIES BRIAN!!!!

  • @detectivefroggy5965

Bruh why lizzo shapped like humpty dumpty in every angle 😭😭

  • @TheLoneWanderersBunker

How does anyone have time to play up at work like this? I barely have time to eat let alone have someone preach to me, lol.

  • @Tarotcat562

How this went from serious lawyer talk to the playground was hilarious

  • @samspride75

Idk i think that this is stuff that is in every job. And so far it doesn’t sound like anyone was forced to do anything or received a ultimatum that they had to or else.
My opinion they need to stop whining.

The TV show took place in California.
