@Emily D Baker I watched your videos back when on Mr Beast/BeastBurger. Today on my local community fb page here in Plymouth, Ma there was discussion about, however it appeared folks had no idea about “all the things”! I’m 45 and in 1994 I had my 1st surgery for ovarian cysts and was at that time diagnosed with endometriosis. Since I have had many more surgeries for and developed ovarian tumors so I never was able to have children😢 Yet happy I was able to share your very informative discussions about so they can make informed decisions when it comes to. Especially because his platforms target mostly kids. When I think of the economic health of my community and how supportive and uninformed people here are. I can only imagine how ghost kitchen restaurants/food suppliers like this affect more impoverished areas.

I’ve been following your channel for a yr now and love this space you have created! A dear friend of mine who is also an Attny from Ca referred me here! I’m from Ma, but lived many years in Santa Monica, Ca working at Cedar Sinai Beverly Hills before returning back East. I am not a lawyer I’m a laboratory science geek, but a law nerd on the side!

  • @tessapal

I’m regularly damaged by Taco Bell, but that’s more about my poor choices and ignoring my lactose intolerance than anything they’ve done 😂

  • @hh409

Frank just woke up one day and was like its a Feisty Friday, let's FAFO

  • @sincereharmony7264

I had Mr beast burger multiple times from doordash on long Island and it's been hot and delicious every time. I think our comes through Friendly's. It comes in the cool packaging as well. Shame others had a bad experience 😢

The sheer fact that some numb nut is suing Mac Cheese over 7 secs is ludicrous. Now because of the cost of a ridiculous lawsuit, I am sure this product’s cost will no doubt increase to cover this and other lawsuits that may arise. So now these families that are living paycheck to paycheck will have to deal with increased pricing just to feed their kids. Unbelievable.

Casey's convience stores have kitchens! Their pizza are actually good! So are their chicken tenders! =)

  • @tst.v2926

You can get food poisoning from raw ground beef and raw chicken. Ground meat like beef you can’t kill the bacteria. A steak you can char the outside. Chicken is going to be the food poisoning if raw. I’ve gotten food poisoning from chicken. Food poisoning sucks. I was sick on and off 2 weeks. I feel for anyone who gets sick. It would be horrible having to dump all the food because you can’t risk it. I wouldn’t eat a rare burger but that chicken gives me chills.

  • @angiebarth1292

That velveta one is so stupid

  • @angiebarth1292

I’m not ordering because I have a 7 11 in my area and no Red Robin😊

  • @angiebarth1292

Shane Dawson review was pretty good. They must have gotten the RedRobin kitchen.

  • @tamaradavis2276

Haven't eaten at Taco Bell since I think 2003, when Canada Beef was banned due to Mad Cow disease. While ordering at a Taco Bell in Canada during the ban, the girl behind the counter advised they weren't serving steak bowls because they weren't serving Canadian beef (with an attitude that made it clear she was an American being held hostage). To which I said, "Sure, okay… so what's in the burritos if it's not beef?" My little American wannabe did a very good gold fish impression in response.

the burgers on the rocks on the swedish ad sent me🤣🤣🤣

  • @apriljugan7169

That email is personally how I wish more situations like this or similar should go in my opinion. She shared her feelings, some suggestions along with helpful tips and she didn't have to tear him down and make him feel less than nor did she have to demand something in return aka compensation.

  • @ravenslight2549

Our mr beast burger is set up in our ruby tuesdays. Never ate mr beast burger. But i was able to see on doordash the address was the same as our ruby tuesdays.

  • @AutumnMurder

    get's? really? GET'S?????????

  • @user-bi9xl7sx4i

Emily, you NEED to go buy a crunch wrap supreme – they are snaking!!

  • @orsikocs

beast burger did come to the UK, maybe that’s when these registrations happened

  • @risinglight8142

isn't it common sense that the food at any fast food place isn't always going to look as good as it looks in the advertisement? I mean they use glue and other things to make it look appealing. what you see is rarely what you get

  • @laarrensen

The Taco Bell lawsuit is annoying! Just an fyi the add pictures are prepared by PROFESSIONAL CHEFS!!! The workers are NOT PROFESSIONAL CHEFS!! So corporations have a chef that makes a recipe that will look as close as possible. The portions they give can be smaller than the ad! Also every corporations are down sizing on everything! At the store I work at they cut 27 items from our menu.

  • @MiracleChips

Word to my executive function time blind crew.

  • @jwoolman5

I don't eat meat so this is not a rhetorical question. If you are getting delivery to your home, wouldn't you look at the product first or cut into it or maybe taste a little bit and heat it up in a microwave or toaster oven if it looked undercooked? And re-warm the fries if they are cold?

Is it really that hard to tell if meat is undercooked?

I would suggest the toaster oven or even better a convection/toaster oven combo.

If the product was missing or short of some ingredients or improperly cooked, I would take photos and track down the email of the CEO and complain about it there. Always go to the top.

I routinely add things to frozen or delivered food. That's another option for what to do with the food after the photos and complaints to the CEO.

  • @jwoolman5

Reading the Mr. Beast and Taco Bell comments, I have never been so glad I eat vegan…. and haven't been able to afford fast food in decades. Lucky me!

Back to my home cooked rice and beans. Home cooked meaning heating up a microwave pouch of precooked rice and opening a can of beans.

  • @Sonita888

"PUT MORE MEAT IN MY TACO, TACOBELL"

  • @satinswan1979

I'm not sure the way Frank was damaged can be corrected by a lawsuit.

  • @toericabaker

36:48 if u wanna skip to the Beast lawsuit

  • @gummiemonkey2022

Honestly it might not even be Mr beast or the side company. If they are being made on site at restaurant locations then some of the issues could potentially be caused via the ghost kitchen producers of the product. I’m sure there’s some other issues that play a part but defiantly seems like the ghost kitchens are also playing a role in the lack lustre (to put it lightly) products being received. I mean if foods raw then it’s the kitchens job to make sure it’s cooked. I don’t see how Mr beast or the company being sued is at fault. I genuinely feel like it’s the ghost kitchens however the reason why it’s continually remaining at a stagnant bellow average quality is the clear lack of quality control which Is tricky when trying to improve ghost kitchens though parties MERYL affiliated with them rather than directly involved in their management

  • @satinswan1979

"Organized under the laws of Florida" really just says it all. 😄

  • @m0L3ify

    Frank broke Emily 😂

  • @m0L3ify

43:00 My wife calls this "the Disappointing Food Moodlet" and it can't be turned off until the same food is consumed again, but of satisfactory quality

  • @MaddieMisanthrope

I've had a bite of a Mr.Beast burger and it was fine. Here they are made in a Perkins restaurant, (kinda like an IHOP), so no issues there. I used to eat at that particular restaurant constantly way back when I worked nights (open 24 hours) and the food is legit.

  • @zaraandrews600

If this ever went to court I would love for Mr Beast's lawyers to order the burger from a variety of places in the area and ask their opponents if they would eat it.

  • @zaraandrews600

This is brightening my day so much watching this. I am having such a shitty time at the moment. I have bad hayfever, am about to lose my job in 4 weeks after being on a very badly paid apprenticeship for 2 years, work is still giving me crap about my mental health problems despite me leaving soon, my dad decided to come stay with me for 3 weeks, looking for new work when I can, and preparing to move back in with my mum as I won't be able to afford my rent anymore.

  • @classicbhaer

For the crunchwrap, to get actual amount of beef on it… I need to ask for extra beef. EVERY TIME.
