I feel like I come across as the Gutierrez cheerleader but now we've got narcotics? This is insane. Now she has to be on drugs as well as a drunkard, and to have falsified evidence too? She was negligent, and is also being stitched up like a kipper. There seems to have been an extraordinary effort to dirty her up in the media – why do that if the evidence is so strongly against her? It's suspicious to me.

Screw everything else though, if Hannah Gutierrez had checked that gun and all the bullets correctly, as she was supposed to do, if the gun the FBI tested was the same one that was handed to Alec Baldwin, from Halls, from Hannah, then Halyna is dead because Hannah was a critical link in that chain, and she failed.

Never mind that others failed, Halyna would not be dead if Hannah hadn't failed. Her role was the most important, and that's why – I think – her failure is the greatest.

Honestly, when the original DA was going on about nobody being above the law etc. rahh rahh rahh, I did wonder whether it was a thing she was doing to get more votes. I can see why Gutierrez' lawyer would make the argument.

He sounds like he's making every argument and hoping something sticks, which makes sense. If this goes to trial it'll probably be horrendous.

  • @hazelangus

Glad it wasn't just me that thought pleading Halls out wasn't right. It felt premature to me, and I wouldn't trust him to be honest in ANY way. There's a narrative here that has closed ranks, with Hannah as the scapegoat. I think she was negligent, as were many others.

Also, experts they might use at trial or at least their statements be used, speaking about it in the media – why did they do that, if they did? Why are the prosecutors basically rehearsing the trial in the media first? It's not a fucking circus, a woman died. DA "we don't want no fancy lawyers" – i didn't like her comments at all.

Just a small correction: Alec Baldwin has NOT said he "pulled" the trigger. In fact, the opposite is true. Baldwin said that the prop gun went off without him pulling the trigger.

  • @guiart4728

Trying to listen to what the prosecutor is saying but I can’t hear because you’re chuckling about “balls” please just let it go…

  • @dianeemanuel8541

As producer- does Alec Baldwin have liability for an unsafe set?

  • @wldncrzy1971

The “ummms” kept distracting me and I’m not following this well at all.

  • @whyamiheredlb

Alex was doing his job, it was NOT his responsibility to make sure everyone else was doing theirs. Baldwin should have never been charged, that was ridiculous. I cannot imagine blaming a colleague with a different job description for something that I was responsible for!

  • @whyamiheredlb

Sir, your client was NEGLIGENT! How in the world is this woman sleeping at night trying to wiggle out of her own guilt! She was reckless!! OMG!

  • @carriepickett2687

The analysis at 37 minutes about her taking the fall for the men and more experienced professionals that are more culpable is spot on. It makes it a witch hunt for that reason because she should have been offered to plead out too or all the safety professionals on set should have had just as harsh indictment ☹️

  • @angiebarth1292

I believe this person is responsible for what happened, she may not be alone in that but she was the person in charge of the weapons and she didn’t do her job properly and someone died because of that.

  • @muffinman9462

    is she huffing helium?

  • @quiltybee

Can we get media troubleshooting mandatory classes??

  • @allisonisis

Legally, she is wrong. Ethically, he is wrong.

  • @PurpleWillowArts

When Jensen did his interview he said he ALWAYS checks the guns on any set. He used a ton on supernatural and on rust he did. So it’s definitely a thing. It’s not unheard of. For sure

  • @StargazingDragon

Even during covid I've NEVER HEARD of the prop master not being allowed to hand the props out. That rule in itself is company negligence.

  • @StargazingDragon

It's total bs how they let everybody else go but are trying to hold the one woman accountable. I've been a in charge of real prop swords and yeah you shouldn't walk away but also it's very clear to the whole crew they shouldn't be touching the props unless you have the prop master. Unless they have solid evidence she brought those rounds it's not all on her so why is she the only one being charged? Insanity. It sure tastes like discrimination.

  • @freespiritwithnature4384

We have to trust our co- workers. 2 people checked that gun, and it passed. Alec IMO is not to blame. Can you imagine doing this for years and trusting the PROS ! Omg if I was Alec, I'd be devastated, heartbroken ,and just sick .

  • @whiterabit

To funny I’m catching up as I’m actually on flights. So when Emily is talking about flights and switching planes I’m actually doing it hahaha 😂
