It's sad and it's sad as far as the law enforcement didn't catch it. His family. I can't understand how they couldn't see it. I believe he has mental issues but not like he isn't responsible for it but he needed to be locked up and got help.

Chief of police said it himself they must turn in their reports to the state attorney so that is the guy or the office that is messing your state up and allowing criminals to constantly be back on the streets so that that same office can claim they need more money why does one person or one state office make the decision for all those Different municipalities? So that one of his cat insure a constant flow of criminals if this attorney locked him up it would be a reduction in his hours in the long run

This is exactly why we as parents must know what are children are doing when not in our care, know their friends, activities they enjoy….etc. But in the end these kids that murder have serious emotional issues some mental that were never really truly dealt with, so sad…

I feel for this young man. He was brought into this world by irresponsible dysfunctional parents who didn’t possess the financial nor mental stability to be parents. Another child born from a single mother who’s future and life was doomed at conception!
