Hindsight 20/20 but I’m unclear this is a “masterful” cross examination any more than a tit for tat

  • @pas9ify

What a disaster! He has so totally screwed himself. I think he knows it. This took quite a while but they finally put everything together. I saw another video where they had video footage, cell phone records, cell tower pings, emails, etc. They put all of the events & connections together in an airtight case against this guy. Note to would-be murderers: there are a LOT of cameras out there! LOL
This defense lawyer has given up on this guy. His lawyer should be objecting to all the hearsay & her asking for speculation.

  • @seattlejayde

This prosecutor is amazing, she pieces the story together in a very understandable manner that completely buries this guys stupid “extortion” fable that he and his lawyer were trying to to spin. This is truly an art if you think about it it as she had to know the answer to everything she asked AND be able to back it up!

  • @specialroy6087

Occam's razor…The simplest explanation is generally the correct one .

  • @bbrcummins1984

This is the best southern , Well, bless your heart. I've ever heard 😊

  • @user-bw8qv5tn4m

. the Adelson family have difficulty blinking like normal people! Every time Charlie blinks it looks "forced" – as if he forgets to blink naturally and has to force himself to do ! I have noticed that even his sister, at times, suffers from the same phenomena . . who knows, years from now , this might well become known as the "Adelson Forced Blinking Syndrome" AFBS . . .

  • @michelebergman4336

Lincoln threw remote hard enough to break TV???? Sounds like a BIG ANGER PROBLEM

  • @dogeye

1:55:21 The look on his face!

  • @ANA-jn2wo

Not even Kim Kardashian could save him now😅

  • @crashburn3292

Adelson: "There's no explanation. I explained what happened."

That's called an explanation, you epic bullshit artist.

  • @user-mh3lv4kh8q

Now, he is in prison with Latin Kings. 😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

  • @annesmail4129

the prosecutor is a master. Love this

  • @cram1nblaze

why this courtroom camera getting like 3fps?

  • @cram1nblaze

what? i always staple my money. you people don't?

  • @clintstryder1131

He's lied about everything in his life. Not just this incident.

  • @crayonwriter

I dont understand the headline. She wasnt very effective against him AT ALL. So I have no fuckin idea what you are talking abt.

  • @mattgiant8836

    Wow he's so arrogant.

  • @Dr.JRemington

I think the lawyer missed some great opportunities to flip his relative temporal perspective against him.

  • @mickhammer8547

Despite having being found guilty, Adelson seems very believable here. There is really only circumstantial evidence and a lot of double talk on the part of the lawyer. She presents one explanation and he another and it's just a "he said, she said" case which doesn't make him guilty, especially if he is innocent until proven guilty. There is certainly enough reasonable doubt here. Even the texts, calls and videos don't clearly or directly incriminate him. Anyone on the periphery of a crime would be prone to discussing it and those discussions could always be misrepresented and misconstrued as "evidence". In general, the jury system seems to have huge flaws. It seems that all too often people connect imaginary dots that may or may not exist and really just use emotions to decide outcomes rather than strictly looking at the facts as presented. It's not a popularity contest, it's a trial. There was definitely no "smoking gun" presented here that pointed to his guilt. Even if he is guilty (only God knows), there shouldn't have been enough evidence (here at least) to see him convicted. As a juror it is not your job to "fill in the gaps" for the prosecution. If they don't prove their case then they should lose in court. Remember, you are supposed to err on the side of innocence.

The problem with most self entitled people is that they don’t know how to shut up

  • @KT-xt6uy

1:37:45 – his subtle smirk as soon as he hears the audio about "if they had any evidence…" – looks like what they call duper's delight.

  • @sixtyninetele

Let’s not lose sight of the fact that Georgia is also a stone cold, Florida State University Seminole…GO ‘NOLES!!!!

  • @scapps8173

Is there one truthful word coming out of his mouth?

  • @dh5380

I’m not at all impressed by her sarcasm. She does not control the witness. She could be asking direct, yes or no, leading questions, but she asks open ended questions and let him ramble.

  • @Rachel-yi8yy

    Are you coming home

  • @HenryDixie

I'm just getting into this now, but have to ask, and maybe this has been discussed, but is it weird that his lawyer isn't up objecting every few seconds. Very interesting to watch. And there is a really cute dog in the back row. Must be a court support dog.

  • @juulbrie

The longer you watch, the more you realize she wipes the floor with him.

  • @tommackay7433

This is a reenactment I presume

  • @yenh1144

Gonna show this to my brothers to let them know there’s brothers out here willing to give a quarter of a million dollars to get rid of my ex. My brothers are very underachieving 😅😅😅😅

  • @heatherwinser66

I’ve never seen someone BLINK so muck in my entire life and talk so much and about the same thing over and over again! This actually is Therepy for me as I tend to somewhat repeat myself on occasion so I’m very conscious of it now. Thanks Chuck for the therapy lesson, I owe you one!

  • @StellaGizzi

This was such a clever cross. Georgia let this fool think that he was winning and then handed him his own arse in the closing. I thought this was so well played by her. 😂

  • @GradKat

I selected this video thinking it was about Chandler Halderson …
Well the names are a BIT familiar, you have to admit

  • @dustinpowell6313

Damn hes got a big ass forhead

  • @Mollikar

If you cant fool the 20Q game you cant fool a lawyer or detective with training on how to corner your brain.

  • @leonardmullin2699

    start
thi video as is, I did. After 45 mnutes I am pretty sure some one was murdered by someone at some point in time. The guy on the stand Dr. Adelson was extorted out of 138,000 dollars and then 3000 dollars a week for a couple years. and he may have bee the victem of extortion at somepoint in his past. Why he is in the witness stand I do not know. What crime he may have committed I do not know. What crime is being investigated that he may be witness to or privvy to I do not know. oh yeah and the Latin Kinds were involved somehow.

  • @slim7435

Georgia Cappleman is a rock star🎉!!!!! You go girl!!!!!

  • @idrbn3

Fast " thinking" not fast "talking". I read that literally and watched the whole thing expecting fast "talkers" as that's how my brain is wired. He does contradictory statements and tries to gaslight. Fanks🤗

  • @cavejelly

Georgia is a stone cold fox!

  • @MashaRistova

His mom was charged and arrested last month!!

  • @dadsandsons

The upward inflection of Charlies’s voice when he retorts statements – makes most people smell a rat

  • @BarbarossaSC2

Gia: "Would you agree that you look hella guilty right now?"
Chuck: "I know it looks really bad. There's just too many coincidences, I know none of my excuses make sense and I've been inconsistent on the stand. But there's no way I could have done this because… I didn't do it?"

  • @BarbarossaSC2

32:00 – Does Cappleman let out a quick laugh to his answer here? I'm guessing it's because she knows he's lying.

  • @newbooks9858

It's kind of funny for Charlie to be lying about how he got Dan murdered. Arrest, jail Wendi and Harvey. Donna's lonely in jail.

  • @ChadLuciano

    Where is Charlie Adelson now?

After sentencing in December, Adelson was moved from the Leon County Detention Center to the Northwest Florida Reception Center in Chipley, which processes new state inmates.Jan 31, 2024

  • @SiljCBcnr

Can't wait for the trials of Dana (Donna?) and Wendy. Then the three of them can write each other letters from their concrete fart box respectively.

  • @gladystharpe9842

Charlie PLEASE! LOL LOL LOL LOL LOL! OH BOY! CHARLAAAAAAAAAY! LOL

  • @ram_bam

You can see his hubris melt away as time goes on. I'm willing to bet he thought he was going to embarrass a lowly state prosecutor, and likely thought she was levels of skill and intelligence below him. I'm glad to see it backfire in his smug face.

  • @Joseph-fw6xx

What a story Charlie quite the fairytale even kids wouldn't believe this nonsense
