As a meticulous crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I have carefully examined this transcript for any inconsistencies or hidden clues that may lead us closer to solving this heinous crime. The suspect’s alibi seems shaky at best, with inconsistencies in their timeline and suspicious behavior observed by witnesses. Furthermore, forensic evidence recovered from the crime scene points to a violent struggle, indicative of a possible homicide. As I delve deeper into this investigation, I am confident that I will uncover the truth behind this chilling crime and bring the perpetrator to justice.

This case is honestly horrifying. My worst nightmare as a parent

  • @KAITEE188

That’s so crazy it happened in my home town never would think it would happen here

  • @krystalchapman2996

This case made me soooo angry!!! As a mom to two boys…I think I would loose my damn mind and probably get in trouble if something like this was done to one of my boys. Un freaking believable!!! 😡😡😡

  • @nicolecompogno7996

In our school district it’s crazy. If something happens (physical assault, sexual assault literally anything) they have a privacy policy so they won’t give parents any information they can’t say who the kids are or what their punishment is. Regardless of how serious. And they have a “keep kids in school” policy so they don’t expel kids.

I can't even begin to understand the P.T.S.D. this young Person will go through after this. Even if they feel "fine" for a few years, a lot of childhood traumas resurface once someone grows up and becomes a parent- it hits someone hard as you fall in love with your own newborn how HORRIFIC it is to cause even one second of pain to a small vulnerable person.
I truly hope this child is receiving the support they need.

  • @lynnc5252

    Religious schools scare me.
Tons of people hide revolting behavior, behind a religious front.

  • @ericjohnson9431

I understand hazing but that's taking it way too far

  • @LadyCarolina13

This is not acceptable! I’m pissed off and it’s not even my kid. I want to know where is this kids parents in all this? If it was my kid, I would have pulled him out of school to start. After that, I would have hired an attorney. My kid would own that school! The only time things change is when you sue them. It’s always about money, for a school like this!

  • @alexandra_luna.

It made me break down when i heard that not one student stepped up to stop the attack or go get help nor even report it after, they all stood there and not only watched but encouraged that sick disgusting vile creature to continue harming that poor boy everyone in this situation who encouraged, watched and tried to conceal this desurves absolute hell i truely hope the victim recovered and is doing better now and i wish him nothing but the best for his future

  • @ashaeliz

Ever see Friday Night Lights… or Varsity Blues? Sports in Texas is a big deal. I’m not really surprised by this story, very unfortunate and disappointing, but not surprised.

  • @kristiankoon2682

This case is what scares me with my children. We send our kids thinking the teachers and staff are their to protect and help them. Sadly more and more of this goes unheard. My heart goes out to the little boy and family.

  • @emmywestberry9914

Truly unbelievable. I hope this young man get the justice he deserves

  • @mrsb9337

Unfortunately MOST schools place their sports dept. & their star players above the average students! They do anything & everything to protect their school image, which includes outstanding sports programs! The problem is a very sad, scary, creepy person or group of people, thinking keeping secrets somehow is helping the schools image! Parents pay attention, remind your kids monsters are not under the bed, they can look like mom, dad, or even them! It's sad but talking to them at young ages about these types of things could be crucial in the future!

  • @MommaGuarisco

When i hear stories likes this, I put myself in their situation. For instance all i could think was "if that was my son" by the end of that, the thought process was
"Either Daddy is going to prison or I am. Because we do NOT play when it comes to our children…."
I feel so bad for this young man. I am also a Childhood SA survivor.. for me it happened multiple times beginning at age 8-13… and then few more times as an adult.
So i totally get what hes going through and all i can say is
We may have been SA'd but we ARE NOT VICTIMS… we ARE SURVIVORS❤
Keep your head up sweetie, days coming may be dark but i promise you are the light that will light the way out of it. ❤

  • @jodielbrian

Did he not go home and tell his parents? I just wonder, because you would think they would have called the authorities.

  • @susanpugh5265

Did this go to court??? Annie??

  • @susanpugh5265

They were really Christians, now wasn't they! That horrible that te school tried to cover this up & not provide the protection that student needed! They all should never be able to be close to a school let alone teach at one! This really pees me off! That poor young man having to suffer at the hands of such people! I pray he gets the help he needs & that he knows none of this was his fault at all! I'd throw the key away as punishment! This kind of thing should never happen at a school! I hope the boy's parents sued the pants off of that school! Christian my eye ball!

  • @cowgurlup78

I've lived in Texas for my entire 37 years. Texas is very serious about their football, and a coverup to save face does not surprise me.

  • @janearmstrong1966

They called it hazing I call it rape, basically gangrape

  • @toxic.forest

Not at all surprised that this involved a christian school. Its pretty typical. They like to just cover up everything. They like to keep up their image.
I spent k-12th grade in a catholic school and this is typical. Religious schools should be banned.

  • @BlackGoddess112

It will always disturb me when I hear stories about boys and girls getting raped/sodomized in front of a crowd of students and don’t do anything to stop it and some might cheer on the assault and it makes me feel sick to my stomach and it’s so disgusting and the fact that it happened in a Christian school and that’s even more messed up in my opinion and it will always bother me to no end.

  • @lorifontaine3227

Sounds like all story's from RELIGIOUS . Should look up Canadian residential schools…. Served by Roman Catholic, who you would think of protecting people instead of the Evil they were!

  • @debradill1268

Athletes is VERY VERY important to all schools in Texas, especially football. If you are a football player you get special treatment. It is not right, but it happens a lot in Texas. Friday night high school football!

  • @wendyd.3935

I’m just seeing this video & it completely infuriated me.😡
I am so appalled & heartbroken for what happened to that poor baby. I’m from Midland, TX. I don’t live there now, but family still does. I was still living there when this awful incident occurred, but I didn’t know the details. I just knew it had to be bad if five faculty members were arrested.
First thing that came to mind when hearing the details, was how I wish I could wrap my arms around him & make it all better.😓💔
Football is front & center of everything in every school, even if they try to tell you differently.
They expect so much out of those boys. 2X day practice, rain or shine(100+ degree heat), etc.
How do they expect so much, but do so little in return, by turning a blind eye?
Knowing that school, they would’ve continued to allow these types of horrific injustices to continue, had the truth not finally been revealed.

  • @mackenzie1899

    🤬😡🤬💔💔💔

  • @kjordan6045

My town had a VERY similar situation happen… hazing gone in this direction with some football players I believe it was and they tried to cover it up because my town also holds sports way too high… I honestly dont know what ever came of it because I think all the coaches kept their jobs…disgusting

  • @aishalea7508

what were his parents doing that they didnt report it??? and seriously "a hazing incident"???? its R#PE .. not a mere hazing incident. ugh so frustrating what ppl and organisations get away with

  • @chrisgomez860

Sigh. These complete wastes of air who claim to be so "Godly" are BEYOND DISGUSTING.

  • @davidwoermansr

That area of TX football is a religion

  • @wynterblackwell3640

the reason for it is in your title. 'Christian'. It's their policy. Child a b u s e and s a is common and often covered up. Quite a lot came out lately and still so much they deny and (try) to cover up.

  • @AntoinetteCasados

    What is essay ?? Assault??

  • @beckystrohl5539

our world has totally gone down the s#@++er.

  • @Dust_andAshes

As a survivor of SA, I'd be pissed if my child came home and told me that they'd been abused, and no one did a damn anything about it at the school.

  • @ashjaden624

This happened in the town next to me about 30mins away. It’s horrible and the fact they are still praised for their sports 😢 disgusting

  • @Thetruththatisee

Religious hypercrits as always. This poor boy, I wish he'd told his parents. But imagine the humiliation and the pain!! It's literally like a nightmare. I am sickened by the lack of care and complete BS of the whole system. I hope the boy gets some serious councillors because that is devastating.

  • @Kenna_228

for any reference mcs has drug test every year at random times

  • @Kenna_228

honestly this is absolutely outrageous. people who are saying things abt this with no idea of what is going on. horrifying what people will say these things abt a school when one investigation that is not true

  • @ReRe-kr1ht

Why didn't the parents immediately call the police 🤬 They let him down just as much as school officials.

  • @Shxwtie_nat

I heard about this situation last year and this disgusted me because that is a Christian school and they shouldn’t be doing this

  • @christinebrennan2330

Middletown High School in PA is now under this same issue. WTF is correct!

  • @laurieowens8510

Once again your lack of knowledge of the law is making your arguments sound childish. Please Google the reasons for or against your arguments when you are clearly unfamiliar with a topic. Bail is set to ensure that the person shows up in court for their hearings and court case. Clearly, none of them were considered a danger to society (they did not rape the 9th grader) nor were they considered flight risks. So a $5,000 bail is the right amount given the pretty tame crime they were charged with. Don’t get me wrong, these 5 adults are disgusting human beings. Unfortunately, they weren’t charged as such. I wonder why they weren’t charged with child endangerment. That charge would follow them for life and would keep them from getting any job involving children.

  • @tanyahale1186

    This is horrifying!!!

  • @louisefindlay2594

Sorry, but this why I hate"faith" schools. The amount of abuse that has been covered up or perpetuated by staff here in the UK, in faith schools. They have so much to loose so it's covered up
