As a highly skilled crime investigator with a keen eye for detail, I meticulously examined the evidence in this transcript. The suspect’s alibi was carefully scrutinized, and inconsistencies were noted. It was determined that the crime scene showed signs of forced entry, indicating a potential burglary. The suspect’s nervous demeanor during questioning also raised suspicion. Further investigation revealed a previous criminal record, adding another layer to this intricate case. Every piece of information was analyzed with precision, leading us closer to solving this puzzling crime.

I don’t think this one is as bad as it is been portrayed as they just wanted to be with their child. Did they go about it the wrong way? Yes, 100% but the girl wasn’t harmed as we see in sooo many other cases, the only bad thing is that she wasn’t in school for years and that the other sister was left behind, which both makes sense, one was supposed to be missing so of course she wasn’t going to be enrolled and the other was to big to hide. We don’t even know why they lost custody, but the girl didn’t even have any physical injury or was malnourished 🫠

in NY everyone gets released really. it's called bail reform look it up… and it's really crazy… also it's saugerties i live there i know everyone says it wrong. and sorry but so many of the shultis family like by blood marriage ect. in our town have lost there kids been arrested and into bad things there name is well known.

  • @Angel0fTruth

Is there an update on this case? I dont think the child was mistreated at all. This happened during the covid outbreak as well so many kids were not in school. Sounds like the grandma is a hateful old bat that essentially ripped these kids from their parents. I want to know what this couple did to lose them to begin with? Obviously the kid was well cared for and loved. She had her own bedroom but used that hidden spot when the police would come. Police searched for 4 hours, i imagine she peed herself while waiting on them to leave. These parents wanted to be parents, which is more than a lot of ppl these days. CPS is pathetic! They mess with families over minut allegations yet completely overlook the kids that are in real danger.

  • @rweiss44

It's frustrating at the end of videos, you say that ur going to follow along with the case & give updates but I can never find any. I end up googling or watching someone else's podcast to find the follow up. (which I don't wanna do! lol) If there are follow ups, links would be extremely helpful. And if there aren't, then don't say there will be! 😂

  • @RhinehartGirls

    They never set up surveillance???

  • @SouthernGyrl

The staircase may not always been obvious. It could be this particular time they had to get in the staircase in a rush and caused the case to not be closed all the way (thankfully) or the staircase could be worn over time to make it more noticeable

  • @krystinahite8087

Honestly it’s very sad, I bet the girl stayed quiet because she didn’t want to be taken away from her mother

  • @sberry80

I feel bad for the older sister because she got left behind and abandoned be her mom and dad. Hopefully as she gets older she will see that she was the lucky one who lived in an actual home and still got to go to school and see friends

  • @sberry80

My guess is that the used the space behind the stairs just for emergencies to hide. My guess is that they put her under there every time a car pulled up to the house. And they prob had paisly trained to automatically go inder there everytime she heard a car

    Omg I hate ppl 😢

  • @oliviavalentine7775

Awh I'm glad the police brought her to get mcdonalds

  • @vik5546

Besides the fact that the child didn’t go to school, I didn’t hear anything that would point out to abuse. I don’t think that the parents would’ve gone to such extreme lengths just to take an abuse this baby girl. She had a room, a playground that most likely was used nighttime so the neighbors didn’t spot her, which is obvious to me considering that they had to hide her.
Regarding the McDonalds, kids will be kids, she could’ve had it 3 days ago and still want it (had personally encountered situations like this with the kids I was babysitting)

  • @ellywitmer1584

I can't understand why they all weren't charged with Kidnapping

  • @goodpumpum656

CPS are monsters. I doubt they kept her in there and they were just hiding her from them. If they had done something awful to lose her…it would be known. I’d hide my kids too.

  • @CoolMomBiz

Omg!!!! I knew you were talking about my home town because of the incorrect pronunciation hahah. And dudes last name is a notorious rough family in the area!

  • @carolginther9996

I think you may be completely wrong about this one. It sounds like it could be overwhelming fear of loosing his grand daughter and not any kind of abuse at all. What would you do if someone said they were going to take your children and throw them into the foster system?

  • @Glitter_Runs_Thru_Me

My brother is a state trooper and he was on that search warrant & he said she was the sweetest little girl for her McDonald’s! ❤

  • @michaelmurphy5213

Commenting so there aren't 666 comments anymore lol

  • @jelynnharding3315

    So very sad 😔

  • @kaitlyn4637

This happened less than a mile from where I live. I have known the parents since elementary school. They wanted to get their other daughter. They never got a chance too. she wasn’t just left. The legal guardian( the grandma) is a fuckin whack job and shouldn’t have custody either. And from what I have heard I would’ve taken my children too.

  • @aishalea7508

how can endangering the welfare of a child be a "misdemeanor"???? should be a serious felony!!!

  • @karenjensen8159

You have so much content and I just found you 2 months ago. I’m binging lol !

  • @melaniemcniell272

Who would ever think to look under the stairs? I think someone finally screwed up and didn't put the steps back together exactly right that time. Probably had to work fast before they came in and, well, one small crack, ect. made all the difference. A sharp eye spotted it, and that was it. All over.
