CROSS of Ryan Fitzpatrick!!! Knowing when to stop is key not only in betting, but also in cross-examination. I think Rashbaum would have done a good job here if he stopped at around the 5 minute mark. But he took it to the wrong place, making his own client look bad as he tried to destroy his client’s former best friend. In the end, he may have made Fitzpatrick look bad, but Fitzpatrick made his client look bad too. What do you think? Was the cross-examination a fail?
