In a tragic turn of events, Katie was found brutally beaten, stabbed, and seemingly strangled before being set on fire. As a meticulous crime investigator delves into the details of this heinous crime, one question looms large – who would want to harm Katie in such a vicious manner? Described as a young woman with no known enemies, Katie had been out drinking that fateful night before heading home around 2:30 a.m.
Interestingly, Dena, a close friend who had taken on the role of looking after Katie, had called to check on her safety. When Katie mentioned that someone was with her at home, Dena immediately grew concerned. A chilling exchange ensued when Dena asked to speak with this mystery person, only to discover that he claimed to be the one who had escorted Katie home from the party. However, Dena’s growing unease was palpable as she overheard a second male voice in the background, along with Katie’s desperate plea to be left alone so she could rest.
As the investigation unfolds, the intricate web of relationships and events leading up to Katie’s tragic demise becomes clearer. With each piece of evidence meticulously examined, the search for justice intensifies in a case shrouded in darkness and deceit. The shadow of a ruthless crime hangs heavy in the air, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of truth and closure.

Are we not gonna discuss why a friend would send you home w a stranger? Or why after that call when she heard the 2nd male voice the door shut then she said please leave me alone, she didn’t call police, or the dorm assistant to check on her? Or hell come check on her yourself. I know it’s not her fault but she could have saved her friends life. My friends and used to all go home together and if someone was staying w their guy we still made sure everyone got where they were going safe. Never w a stranger. I would have been there faster than the police.

Ugh, not ANOTHER young person that can't seem to pronounce the "t" in the middle of a word. 🤔😕
It's "beaten" NOT "be-in". Pronouncing it that way makes you sound DUMB! 🙄👎

This always bothered me. Why bother calling if you’re not going to help if she’s in trouble? Just to seem like you’re doing something? Insane.
