As a meticulous crime investigator, I carefully analyzed the transcript of the suspect’s interview with a keen eye for detail. It was evident that the suspect’s account of the events leading up to the crime was riddled with inconsistencies and contradictions.

Furthermore, upon cross-referencing the suspect’s alibi with CCTV footage from the crime scene, it became clear that their whereabouts did not align with the timeline of the murder.

Additionally, based on forensic evidence collected from the scene, it is apparent that the crime was premeditated, as there were signs of forced entry and a struggle between the victim and the assailant.

In conclusion, the suspect’s demeanor and lack of a credible alibi, combined with the physical evidence gathered, strongly suggest their involvement in this heinous crime. It is imperative that further investigation be conducted to bring the perpetrator to justice.

Those that say it was absolutely self defense are demons. And are insane. The man didn't have to go get the gun-"PERIOD"…

  • @JDoe001

Kyle shouldn’t have come out to elevate the situation. The police should have been called. It’s CRAZY how they continued to argue with Chad lying there shot 😮 a non-lethal shot could have been fired.

  • @mindyhoeh4466

Bull shit no matter what is an excuse to shoot someone. Unless BOTH parties have weapons.

  • @Valley_West

Murder! That footage put a nail in That.

  • @emilygoldsmith5134

I live in TX an belive you have to repeatedly say I was in fear for my life or act in a way that you were in fear and none of those things happened. I'm so sad for Chad's family.

  • @xXphantom59Xx

Bro chad put hands on bro what the fuck kind of defense was there even to give? Was there an outcome? Everyone involved was fucking stupid and when you get a bunch of stupid people playing stupid fucking games you get a lot of people winning a lot of stupid prizes

  • @SarahGBrewer

I know I'm a little late to the party but I actually had never heard of this case but just watched it…I'm leaning towards premeditated because of the fact that Christina told Chad to come there to pick up their son and Kyle clearly tells him that his son is not there…Also, the amount of time that it took him to grab the loaded gun and come outside with it wasn't very long at all… almost like he had it ready to go…this was a verbal argument, no reason to get a gun involved. Kyle and Christina could've walked inside of the house and called the police. I absolutely don't think shooting Chad was warranted… I hope that Chad's family gets justice.

Being an outside party with no emotional entanglement in the situation, I saw something very differently than everybody else I saw one man telling another man that was being aggressive and threatening repeatedly asked him to leave his property when he did it. He usually the force if I’m not mistaken, this is gonna be a stand, do I think what happened in the situation was appropriate but he’s not gonna be prosecuted for either property and police if he really did have a court order signing him his kids custody of his kids he should’ve given us to the police and then the police take the situation and this wouldn’t have happenedbut motions to get involved and escalate escalated

😱 33:45 Kyle is SMILING! I didn't see it when AnnieElise showed it (its whited/glared-out) but at the end when she plays the GMA footage you can see Kyle's big happy smile at the heated exchange! I firmly believe Chad should have left but I also 💯% believe that it was pre-meditated murder. Plus based off Kyle's SMILE and the ex-wife's steps backward and lame excuse and just all of her actions, I think Chad was baited there 💔

  • @bonnymcdonald3985

That was not self defense. He went into the house & got a gun & killed that man in cold blood

  • @lisafisher1558

My opinion Kyle and chads ex wanted him gone Chad wasn't even coming after Kyle when he shot Chad cold-blooded murder .

  • @TLR1988

It's simple. HE'S WHITE!! Just like the man sentenced to 10 years after shooting wife on camera for no reason. No need to be mad because if he was black, he would've been hog-tied on the way to the station.

  • @saagim123

Lol what did he think woulf happen

  • @samanthaeverhart9451

If that was me I would have jumped out of the truck and run to my husband so see if he's ok….they just continued to argue 😮🤦🏻‍♀️

  • @samanthaeverhart9451

No…that wasn't self-defense!! He didn't even swing or touch Kyle, he grabbed the gun not him…this guy shot way too soon!! Chad did get into his face, but that's it…The fact the child wasn't there to give him to his dad tells me that this maybe was planned… Why Kyle isn't arrested I don't know…! Total BS

  • @arleneboese713

I have never heard of this case, I watched the video for the first time just a minute ago. I was born in Texas and have lived here most of my life, and I've seen a lot of changes over the the years. What I just saw now was a murder !! The murder of an unarmed man. I saw a man, Kyle, shoot and kill Chad because he was so angry and probably fed up with Chad, but that's not legal, not even here !! Arlene

  • @aSoldiersGirlieGirl

He was not in danger. Chad had no weapon. Kyle went INSIDE of his home, to “safety”. Therefore, if he did feel in fear prior, he should’ve stayed inside, told his girlfriend to get inside, locked doors and called the police. He came back out with the weapon. At no time did he ever say he was in fear of his life. He said one time to get off of his property-to which Chad stated he was just there to get his child which was the agreement of the court. His ex wife had no business having Chad come to the home to pick up their child of selves KNEW the child was not there and why wasn’t he there and where was he? Maybe because she knew her ex was going to be shot and she didn’t want the child to witness that?!! The conversation was mildly heated. Only by slightly raised voices. Kyle had no business getting involved. At no time was Chad even posing a threat to his ex. He was not happy that his child was not there to be picked up at the time in their agreement. Understandably. The ex wife should be charged with something as well and I agree with the stepmother petitioning for custody of those children. At no time after Kyle shot Chad, did he nor the ex wife say call 911. Nobody checked him. He clearly was down. Someone should’ve immediately checked him and called 911. They didn’t know his current wife initiated calling 911.

  • @5000NATE

Texas law provides for a justifiable defense at trial when using deadly force if the person claiming self defense:

    Reasonably believed the deadly force was immediately necessary;

    2)Had a legal right to be on the property;

3)Did not provoke the person against whom deadly force was used; and

4)Was not engaged in criminal activity at the time the deadly force was used.

Off the top of my head the shooter violated 1, 3 and possibly 4. Castle doctrine doesn’t seem to apply

  • @trishalacroix209

Shame on Texas! I just looked it up and zero accountability happened. I used to live in Texas and this kind of corruption and politics is why I left. Sickening.

  • @caleighhendrie1050

I mean .. someone goes into the house and comes out with a gun.. how would you react especially when you’re already heated. He shouldn’t have went in and got the gun.

  • @DixieNormis916

I dont EVER reamber hearing on the news the extensive details that u gave!

  • @AdhdKarissa

I’m Canadian so I have a very different opinion on guns than 99% of Texans, but why the heck does someone need a gun like that one!! Imagine if all they had to sort a fight out was a knife, probably a very different outcome, or at least Chad would have had time to defend himself. I’m confused why not a single person dropped their phones to run to Chad and call 911. Sad situation all around 😢

  • @jea261

This is beyond weird. There is absolutely no concern that the guy is lying on the porch, not moving. And, it's so strange that the shooter wasn't charged with anything.
