As stated in the video, police have announced that hoodie guy is not a suspect at this time. Additionally, they released that the girls were driven home by a “private party”. Some suspect this may have been Ethan and Xana picking them up and bringing them back home. This would make sense as to why LE said all 4 of them arrived home at the same time (1:45am). They also said Ethan and Xana were at a party 8-9pm but whereabouts unknown from 9-1:45. We know Xana called her Dad around 12. One could assume they remained home from 9-1:35am when they left to pick up Kaylee and Maddie and then they all returned together at 1:45am. Thoughts?

Pretty sure you have it backwards if the killer came in with the sliding glass door I’m pretty sure he killed the two girls and as he was leaving to go out the front front door covered in blood he killed the couple on his way out because they saw him

My thoughts are with the two that came out of their rooms the next morning and found the bodies. Life long trauma there 😪.

I think the Coroner had no husiness talj8ng about this case before the trial. Shw should be fired from hee job. There needs to be new laws made.

There's a lot of research to the effect that stabbings that involve overkill are almost always sexual in nature. Kaylee was stabbed a reported 56 times and there are rumors she was mutilated. I think she clearly was the target. He saw on Instagram that she was in town and decided it was "now or never" if he wanted to interact with her. The rest were collateral damage.

If I were one of the detectives working this case, a team who used diligence and intelligence to close the case in record time given it was a stranger crime, after all the abuse Kaylee's dad gave them in the weeks after the awful crime, I would be like "Whatcha got to say now, bitch!"

Kaylee's sisters say she would "call until you answered" — and after seeing the demanding behavior of her family (and her dad insulting the police when they were all over this case and closed it in record time), it makes sense that she was so beautiful and yet dating a dude who looks like Jack… she was what they call a "grape stomper", RIP

I just posted about this subject. If that house is torn down one big question may never be answered. Did BK have enough time to commit all four murders in that amount of time? BK was in good physical condition and was allegedly determined to commit those acts and then get out of there. Seeing the video, one room was on top of the other. Not much distance. Was there furniture to trip over? No. Did he have to break through any doors or windows? No. Did he have heavy equipment to haul around? No. Did he need to fight off any more roommates? No. Why did 6 vehicles parked out front not deter his planned killing? (as would need to be visualized with NO model). If I was a juror by having no knowledge of the crimes, I would think it was fishy that the University wanted that house GONE? "Why?" I would have to know. I believe it is a grave error for either party.

You should look up David Fagundes he stabbed her several times & then poured gasoline all over his own car with her in it while she was still alive & burned her up. Their Moms ashes where in the car & he had his Dads ashes in the car too. They were always so close like best friends. He did drugs pretty bad which made him a scary guy to me. He killed one of his friends already about 10 years earlier. Apparently they got into a physical fight & he stabbed his friend. He got 10 years in prison for manslaughter. Then he got out. That happened in Spokan Washington. He got life in prison for killing his sister. Her name is Tony Gilbert. 😢 What's really sad is she had Stage 4 Cancer & they told her she would he lucky to make it a year & she was already at 2 years. She was the happiest she'd ever been & she just got married. Then David came down from Washington & he killed his sister that night. He picked her up after work & had no idea what was coming. That happened in Calaveras County in California. They are both my cousins. It was very shocking to our family & friends.

I find it just crazy that you get all this information, so early in case's, in the UK we dont hear anything until there released as given in the trail. So its usually years later, unless the defendant pleaded guiltily.

kaylees sister is badass af for taking this on seemingly on her own. ive lost a sister, thankfully nothing sinister but i couldnt get out of bed for months because i was so broken. i cant imagine being brave enough to just start sluething and figuring it out

i've worked in a lab and i have worn nitrile gloves. even latex gloves.. there has to be a trace. why wouldn't they test for that when it's known that he was wearing gloves?

More than one person did this. Multiple stab wounds take time to make, especially if someone is fighting the perp, and victims scream. I don't believe one person has the time to kill four people, and no one heard a thing. If they were sleeping, even if they were wasted, someone would hear something.
