I’m not sure I completely believe he is innocent but I 110% full heartedly believe there is NOT proof beyond a reasonable doubt that he did it and the man should not be on death row for that reason

  • @phyllisahmed9472

    I still believe he's guilty…

  • @googalacticgoo

How would there still be access to the mattress?

  • @landonhsmith

Can you imagine living in the Peterson's crime house now. Spooky

  • @sheerthrough

So fyi, its pronounced like adeee mah. Been in the medical field for 20 + years. I can honestly say I've never heard it pronounced like that. 😊😊😊😊😊

  • @linzeeb

I feel the same…he needs to stay where he is at

  • @ttaayylloorrmmtt

These are the most biased analysis from these young women who think they are detectives.
They don’t understand the nuances of an investigation or any police procedure. I don’t even think this girl graduated high school.
She just watches true crime videos and thinks that qualifiers her to have an influential opinion. Just shut up and let the detectives do their job

  • @strongmamma0861

Honestly, now I have some questions. Even if he is guilty, which he more then likely is, the cops should have done a better job looking at everything, so that there wasn't any questions down the road that anyone could raise. Because of that is does raise a tiny bit of doubt for me.

  • @eliovoorhees

soo someone saw Lacy getting pulled into a van and we still think it's Scott?

  • @funky_bottoms8675

FREE SCOTT PETERSON!!!, FREE SCOTT PETERSON!!!, FREE SCOTT PETERSON!!!

An innocent man sit on Deathrow falsely convicted! Modesto Co. detectives leaked details of this case to reporter Claudia Cowen and he was tried and convicted on "circumstantial" evidence., court of public opinion.

California cant excute someone of murder based only on circumstantial evidence. 😮

  • @Danisuzette

He did it but unfortunately I think they have enough for reasonable doubt

  • @kyleknapp1985

A witness saw Lacey peeing outside? And then get dragged inside? And didn’t say a word ????

  • @kyleknapp1985

Whew boy. If Scott gets out, he’s gonna be a millionaire several times over.

  • @kyleknapp1985

Imagine finding out that witnesses didn’t come forward bc they didn’t wanna be involved. Fuck that. If I had been sentenced to death, and you sat there and did nothing, you’re just as bad as the murderer

  • @kyleknapp1985

Holy shit. It makes sense. Burglars noticed Lacey saw the robbery. They grabbed her and left the dog behind. Wow. This is crazy. Give that man a new trial. He’s innocent.

  • @kyleknapp1985

Multiple people saw Lacey walking the dog after Scott left the house that day. He’s fucking innocent. Wow. My mind is blown.

  • @kyleknapp1985

Now you’re saying Chris watts used this as a blue print? Bc he wrapped his wife up and disposed of her in his truck? Lol wtf was he gonna do? Rent a u haul and buckle her body in?

  • @kyleknapp1985

The floor had to be cleaned again bc of the dog. He had mud the next day. So how isn’t that possible? That makes sense to me.

  • @kyleknapp1985

Zero physical evidence. Idc what circumstantial evidence there is. That should create reasonable doubt right there . That’s bullshit.

  • @kyleknapp1985

A lot of the circumstantial evidence is weak AF. He didn’t know about what kind of fish were in season. Why would he lie about what she was watching? That isn’t important to the case whatsoever. Those little things would be dumb to lie about and he wouldn’t need to . The porn thing…. Men watch porn . He was still living. Those urges still happen. Also, sometimes even more during times of extreme stress. You’ll do anything to make it feel better. So stop judging people for shit like that.

  • @emmywestberry9914

    He’s as guilty as sin!!!

  • @jeanettemcdonald5779

Scott is guilty as hell in my opinion.

  • @irismckay6472

As a lawyer, I watched this trial closely when SP was convicted. At that time his family was insisting that he was innocent, but they were his family and likely as sociopathic as he is. SP is a pathological liar. The evidence against him was overwhelming. A juror's behavior doesn't change the facts. Even if Laci had been kidnapped, the chances that they would have dumped her body in an area that was so near where SP took the boat out is ABSURD. The good news is that the LA Innocence Project is NOT associated with the Innocence Project, which does have a good reputation. As to the witnesses who said they thought they saw Laci, there are a hundred reasons why these witnesses either didn't see what they thought they saw or they were crackpots who liked SP. GUILTY before hearing the additional information. He is GUILTY beyond a reasonable doubt.

  • @amylighteard3137

Oh and once Amber started recording the calls between her and Scott, there were multiple calls that she didn’t record.

  • @amylighteard3137

I’ve looked at every piece of evidence that was shown in court and believe he’s guilty!!! The show on A&E will put doubt in your head, but if you look at the evidence it says guilty!

  • @PntrGrl

Regarding the status of the bodies, there is very little info because of the decomposition. There is a video showing the analysis. The twine could've just been from the action of the water and etc etc.
