Ohio police were sent on a wild high-speed chase after receiving a report of a man driving a stolen vehicle. When police found the vehicle, it was smashed on top of another vehicle. Upon making contact with the driver, they had to immediately use a taser before he was arrested. The man is facing several criminal charges including failure to comply, receiving stolen property, and obstructing official business.
