I've been trying to get this video uploaded for nearly a week and YouTube kept age restricting it and flagging it. It FINALLLLY got approved today. I promise I wasn't ignoring this case or your requests for the update. I had it fully recorded, YouTube just decided to be a pain in my butt. Also got warrant and learned some more details. What do you think was happening during those 7 minutes? Trying to save him? Trying to get her story straight? Trying to cover something up?

Why didn't he put pressure on the wound instead of bleeding out???

  • @clariceriley489

  • @michelleberube8567

The building was gorgeous and so was the apartment and she had a ton of money she was being evicted because of the fighting the apartment was dirty she probably never cleaned it she's guilty

  • @jenna_jenna_jenna

His poor mother. Getting that call must’ve been so confusing and heartbreaking.

  • @rfross771

@annie I'm very sure that this was premeditated. She was angry enough to tell him that she actually wanted to kill him and he didn't take her seriously. I'm betting at she stabbed him. She probably said something along the lines of "I'll bet you take me seriously now "

  • @stacyscuderi9169

Well girl. Get ready your about to be real average in prison. No hair products, extensions, makeup, or eyelashes. You’ll be just like everyone else, looking average and temper tantrums will not be tolerated. I know it was humbling for me, hopefully she’ll learn humility. I know I did. Especially in Florida.

  • @kandikaye4405

If she were so afraid she wouldnt throw the knife amd risk him getting the knife

  • @user-qs2br2jl4x

He was disgusting creep. Going around secretly recording girlfriend. Who does that. That is abuse. Gaslighting her. That is abuse. In many recordings She tells him to get away from her, to leave. He doesn't leave and continues to irritating her. That is abuse. Sleeping outside around common area of her apartment building. Sneaking and stalking her. That is abuse. I don't have any sympathy what happened to that disgusting creep.

  • @BrandenClowes

I was sitting in a chair once. I set an open knife on my lap for a moment. It slid off my lap and poked the inside of my leg just below my knee. Blood splattered the floor before the knife hit the floor. Then blood poured from the hole fast. With in 30 seconds my sock was soaked down to my shoe. By the time I had a tourniquet tying my leg off. The light grey padding on the inside of my shoe had turned completely bright red. I lost so much blood in about 90 seconds I almost passed out. If you poke the right spot you ca bleed out quick.

  • @Finneganbeginagain1

“Where do I see myself in 5 years? I want a kid, I like wanna kid”. Yeah, that might be the only silver lining here.
    She’s super gross to me

  • @candacehandyside903

Courtney isn’t a Navy Seal. They’re trained how to throw a knife. She murdered him

  • @candacehandyside903

The fact his poor mother had no clue her son was murdered, is unbelievable! Why had the police not contacted his family?

  • @Lanieshay

I think she needs anger management 😊

  • @Lanieshay

How are you 10. 20 feet away and it be self defense. What are you defending your self from?

  • @tinadiesman5442

So it took three hours to get sandwiches??

  • @tinadiesman5442

    He could leave anytime.

  • @tinadiesman5442

    He was alive when transported.

  • @johncurry-jf6jc

This Nigerian got with the wrong lady regardless of race ,sad

  • @mindyd1985

They both seem like upstanding citizens.

  • @korimajhor1

Funny. Toby thought the grass was greener on the other side. Instead, that grass turned out to be a cemetery. No one deserves this. I hope jail is her final resting place.

  • @tirascales4216

Why Mr Attorney add insult to already injury? Instead of trying to plead an accidental situation, u make up more lies, WoW! Bless you!

  • @tirascales4216

Guess her being on only fans isn't the same thing as a black woman shaking her bottom 🙄

  • @laurasnyder8135

This girl is bonkers!!! Whoa!!! You know how ppl say the lights are on and nobody is home…well the lights are not on and nobody wants to be home! She needs help for sure, and her parents are total enablers! It's unbelievably disgusting, she did not care at all! 😢
It's sad this man stayed with her!!!!

  • @sabrinathompson4678

You see yourself in JAIL for the rest of your life.

  • @HayleyK-

    😘💕💕💕💕💕

  • @marcinowalk8077

Everything that I ever learned or saw about domestic violence victims is that usually they are far from aggressive. If she was getting abused, she would not have acted the way she did in the elevator video, right? Is it just me?

  • @user-ug9pb5xz4r

I don’t know who did what. But watching these I can really see women are not believed.

  • @MzHyde-bz2nd

So…. My question… The mother had to have heard something while she was on the phone.. ya'll smell that!? Someone is lying 🤥

  • @staceywamsteker5918

Also looking at the timeline along something you said, the stabbing occurred within 27minutes of him arriving home, now this is super generous because it is much worse if you consider the time for the argument, but even without allowing any time for the actual altercation, she used at least A THIRD of the time he had left, letting him bleed out. More likely, (unless there's a twist and she planned on doing it? who knows with her) I think roughly 10minutes for the altercation would be reasonable. That would mean she used HALF of the time he had left, letting him bleed out. I ONE HUNDRE PERCENT think that her delaying calling the police is why he bled out. Not to mention that the blood was all around the apartment, so he was on the move after being stabbed.

  • @staceywamsteker5918

There are a few things here that stand out to me. Namely, this relationship was EXTREMELY toxic and they should have stayed apart. There was an instance you mentioned when Clenney had bruises on her wrists and stuff. Which yeah, could be a sign of DV on his end, but I feel like it's more likely that those were because of him restraining her or keeping her from hitting him etc. In the elevator footage, one of the things that happens, is she tries to hit him and then pulls his hair and he wraps his arm around her waist and tries to get out of the elevator. So if she did in fact have bruises its probably from him defending himself. The only thing that I thought was unwise, on his side, is when that hidden footage of their fight came out, and she is walking away and he is walking after her, and cuts her off from where ever she is going. Obviously we don't know if that was necessary for some reason, but that is as far as I feel his side goes. Sure, maybe he wound her up because it was his only way of getting back at her, if it was against his principles to lay hands on her. This isn't as uncommon as you might think. Victims can sometimes hit a point where they provoke their abuser, because it is the only sense of control they have. They are going to be hurt regardless so it feels like taking control back, in a situation where you are helpless, to coax their attacker into getting it over with. Just because he was physically able to exert force over her, doesn't mean he was willing to. So I'd go as far as to say even if he wound her up, she STILL didn't have the right to take his life. Sure, he would have had some nasty traits, like his twitter comments, we all have nasty traits, but that doesn't mean he deserves to be stabbed to death. From the information you have provided, she seems like the clear aggressor. And that is shown not just in her behaviour, but his behaviour, making excuses for her, "she's not always like this" or "she is only like this when she drink" if she is a party girl and drinking all the time…and she only behaves like that when she is drinking…..is she not just usually behaving like this? Also the distancing of his relatives, there are just a few things that seem to indicate to me that he was the victim of hers long before she killed him. I dont know the guy, and to me it doesn't matter if he was a total jerk or not, that doesn't mean it was okay for him to be stabbed to death. I feel for his family and I hope she comes to terms with what she has done and that she would have remorse for what she did. Even if by some crazy fluke she threw that knife instead of stabbing him, he may have been saved if she had called for help straight away. Imo even if it was an accident for example, if she essentially just watched him bleed out, she caused his death as a result of not calling for help straight away. So even if the initial stabbing didn't kill him, leaving him to bleed out afterwards is what ended him and she was solely responsible for that too. I have no doubt that this relationship was toxic, and I have no idea why people find this kind of toxicity something to be celebrated. It sounds weird. But if you remember the interview when she talks about only dating rich black guys, even the host is making light of her being toxic. Our whole culture is backward and to me it illustrates the destruction that follows this kind of lifestyle. Materialism void of love, and that is so so so sad.

  • @clairecarty906

Christian is DEFINTIELY the abused. She was freaking crazy. Even in her interviews she just comes off real crazy. I wish he has left her before it got this far.

  • @That1grI

My favvvvvorite part is when they asked her where she saw herself in five years.

    🫣

  • @s_shaddows.4939

The problem isnt race. The problem is there is a MENTAL HEALTH crisis and instead of fixing it they aeeiousely baby it and make it something to be proud of! And also MEN being abused isn't taken serious that is the PROBLEM! Getting offended well maybe he was done wrong by black women. Black women go on about ebing done wrong by black men and noboey blinks a eye and agrees. Who cares he was killed and he did not deserve that!!! And anyone to say he deserved it is WRONG! That's not caring for a life his poor mother…

  • @BonjouVwazen

Correction. @12:14 Those tweets weren't about Christian's justice. They're about not getting involved (i.e protest, networking, making calls & raising money to ensure a speedy successful outcome). But many tweets acknowledged praying for the family.

  • @nick-trish

Well… He is mostly right about black women. 98% of the ones i work with and run into on daily basis are racist as hell!

  • @JustMe-px9qy

    Courtney thinks she too cute

  • @amandagalang1327

Hi Annie! I watch your videos all the time I absolutely love them!! One thing I don’t understand at all with instagram is all the instagram influencers that have murder someone or tried to murder someone still have their pages up on instagram even years later. Like Courtney’s is still. Lindsey shivers is still up and the 8 passengers rubys is still up. I just don’t understand take their pages down specially for the family’s that loss their family members. I know it’s a random comment but I just noticed that. This is a horrible tragedy. Prayers for the family 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

  • @lesleyheath8176

Couldn't agree.more with Mermaids reply. Influencer? I wouldn't even buy it a diet coke. So full of herself, narcissistic, a sociopath , a false sense of entitlement which she believes is fine, no guilt, no remorse,.compulsive liar, so distraught about being trafficked she went back and had opportunities to move away one being with her mother. Having a drink with dad, clearly on something in the video and trying to play it down with the copius amounts of botox, pointing and fillers. It screams look at me!.I'm amazing!. I'm more important than you. New money tacky money. Money talks yes but wealth whispers. That poor gentleman's family. I really hope they get their justice. The nonchalance displayed over a human life that matters so much is completely devoid of emotion and empathy. So ignorant it's unreal. Me me and me plus more me. Get over yourself love.

  • @judytinker3392

Gawd they live Thai that apartment is beautiful and look at the view.

  • @kayplantin2625

No one said he doesn't deserve justice??? Just don't look for black women or the community to be invested or interested… funny how you quickly reported that part….

  • @Eva_Lauren

Hi Annie. I've been watching your videos for a couple of months now, and I love how you cover these stories. So streamlined and detailed. I'd rather watch you than the news channels. I get more accurate info. A couple things with this case: I think she's spoiled and entitled, and has never had to take responsibility for her actions. Second: I really think those 7 minutes cost his life. If she was really sorry and wanted him to live, she would have called 911 right away and followed directions to put pressure on the wound. This might have saved him. However, I know everyone reacts differently to emergency situations. And we see so many stories on your channel about people not calling for help right away, or calling a family member instead. They say they're scared and don't know what to do. In this case, I think she called mom because she doesn't know how to fix her own mistakes. Also, mom should have said call 911, hung up on her and called 911 herself. She knew the address. The last thing she should want is her daughter getting a murder charge. But, I guess we know where the entitlement came from. And third, the angle of the wound being downward can't be from her throwing the knife, which is ludacris anyway! She was most likely above him. I'm looking forward to your next video on the case. Great work 😊❤

  • @Mashenka6564

Shes no victim & its women like her who lie about being a dv victim that in turn prevents actual dv victims from being helped. I hope she gets life and Toby’s parents get justice. I can literally see One Paraiso from my balcony and every time I do, I get chills. Shes a dемоn.

  • @ABBYBENORMAL

Omg, my heart hurts for his Mother. I am a Mother of 2 grown sons & I just feel sick to hear how she was told…

  • @sandrabaker5298

It was self defense because he had her by the neck. She threw the knife from 10 feet away.
    WHICH IS IT?!

  • @sandrabaker5298

WTH is “only fans” bleeped out?!

  • @janedoe-di5lf

She asked protective order one or two days before because she was scared but stayed with him in the same apartment. A feared woman takes a hotel room or moves to a friend's house, parents…
    She stayed with him.

  • @nicolettegeiger3678

So he was or wasn’t choking her? If he was right on her then why was the knife thrown over 10ft?

  • @nicolettegeiger3678

I love how you add previous posts at the beginning, much easier to navigate
