Why would KM drive herself to a double date? And, then abruptly leave alone after dinner? And, not go back to Charlie's house … even in her own car?!
It takes Charlie nearly 9-10 months before CA invites KM over to his home (to spend the night). Coincidently the same night as the murder. And, WA at ~2:30pm the day of the murder called her mom DA during her police interview. And, WA tells mom to tell CA to cancle his plans for "that" week end. CA stayed home.
