Before the part where Donna makes it all about her and starts playing victim, it sounds like Dan Rashbaum was aware that Donna and Harvey were planning to flee the country. Dan was also being used as a go between. No wonder Donna was so adamant about having him as her lawyer.

Wendi went to see Donna the day before Charlies trial and she was adamant on the stand that her family did not have anything to do with the murder. She then ghosts the family after Charlie was found guilty. Must've been bad weather or something, maybe a fallen tree.

Stupidity should be an aggravating factor for the DP.
Just because a country has no extradition doesn’t mean they won’t extradite you. It just means there will be some red tape . Even with all the places that aren’t too happy with us doesn’t mean when our government calls them that they won’t help us get your dumbass back here!

What an arrogant, entitled family. Did they even think about the pain they were causing to the children. They are growing up in a shameful family. Once they are adults and can truly process what happened… the pain will deepen. I’m so sad for Dan and his children.
